FYI, when a veritable sea of 5 star absolutely perfect reviews appears, I always wonder, how many friends and family members decide to "help", as no business is perfect, I lose trust for the ones that have to fake their own way through. We are 7 days late on a payment. The system says 32, thank god for electronic payments to show proof. Never pay these people with cash, they will say they never got it, extremely dishonest and I will be happy to get our things and be done with them. Try Uhaul, right now I wish I had spent a little more and had more peace of mind at Uhaul.

Mildred provides best service, always there to help with anything you need. When I need storage I always come here to rent, very clean and location is close to my office. If you need storage this is the place to be. Thank you again for always attending us with a smile and kindness.

I am changing my review as when I was moving out I was harassed by the workers on the lot painting over my car with spray painters bad machines almost drop the sign on my car and one of the guys went up to me and try to intimidate me to get out of the way so he can work I'm here moving my stuff out and the movers and workers are telling me to move moving experience is supposed to be happy and carefree especially with covid-19 be getting in my face and intimidating me as a young lady was very scary and then when I wouldn't leave he was standing in front of my car harassing me then he went to Mildred and told me to move and then she said what's wrong with you making me look like I was crazy when I got upset and I was in the middle of moving furniture by myself then she told me to come to your car to talk to him privately when I had one hour for break it was very very scary very mean and intimidating plus I found cockroaches in my unit. Unit they're infested that's why they're under construction I would not recommend going to Public Storage it's awful all the reviews are made up by the owners be where Mildred sits on her computer I saw her and she makes up her own reviews to the company so people ready for none don't do it they take your stuff the minute that you don't pay I heard and it's infested with cockroaches don't go and Mildred is not nice she was swearing at me on the lot and telling me to come here and taking sides with the construction workers and not taking care of her customer which is me I paid for the month already and I should be treated with respect and if that's the case and I'm trying to move and I have a schedule that I have in the young style than were from 65 hours a week I'm not going to move for the workers they should notify the customers if they're doing any type of work and what hours not to come or the workers should come after hours or early in the morning it was very inconvenient and ruin my day stay away from this place unless you want cockroach infest it house when you get home with your luggage and belongings

Everyone was very helpful, starting from phone confirmation prior to reservation. Mildred ( I believe was her name) accommodated our change of reservation as we got storage space with small door (which was odd for 10x22). MS Mildred is the best...I would give 5 stars but I like 24 hour Access. This Storage location however is my go to for all my storage needs. I have used them at least 6 times for Church and personal use. I like the fact that there is not any turnover. And MS. Mildred knows you as a customer. She help you find the right space for your needs and will return your calls. Again I pass many storages to use this one because of the customer service that MS Mildred provides to us. what an awful experience. Extremely difficult to get in and get out of requires gate code with no place to park must exit vehicle to get in and get out of this facility the space is so tight you can barely move people that work there are not interested in helping you whatsoever. I've had three storage facilities in the past five years this is absolutely the worst

If you want bugs and other things in your belongings please use this storage company. If you want to have damage and no one care. Please use this storage company. If you just don't care about your stuff, maybe it's your exs stuff or your mother law. By all means bring it here. Pay the extra money and get a better unit. After 2 months ...it was unbearable and I've been with other storage companies years without going through anything I went through here. I wish there was negative stars..1 is just too many.

I went recently to get a storage unit and I just want to say Mildred was the nicest and most knowledgeable person ever!! She was super nice which made it such a pleasure 🤗 and she gave me so many options and explained why these options made sense for my benefit not just a sales person. I left there smiling from ear to ear. I know it's just a storage unit but her customer service skills made me say WOW!! I would recommend everyone I know to use this facility because on top of having her it is accessible off 95 and the hours are later than most. Great experience 💜

Great location and the staff couldn't be nicer.

This review is not about this location, location itself is good. However, Public Storage is a SCAM! Over the years our rental price went up twice the amount. Basically, every year in March the price goes up by about 20 dollars. They take advantage of the fact that moving the whole storage unit is something people prefer not to do on yearly basis, but this is such a scam! Our price was about 95 in 2014 and just became almost 180 4 years later. Horrible, don't rent if you need long term solution.
