At first I use the public storage just off Atlantic on 2nd for about 2 years I had a $300 unit at a discount price for the whole time access was awesome so was service needed to downsize so we chose the location South on 8th and Dixie highway. After an extremely frustrating day with other storage companies. I needed to speak to managagent on site, but I was unable to do so because they were all closed! I had filled out a partial app on that I forgot about. And my phone rang. Normally I don't answer unidentified numbers, but was so mad at a storage company that I was string in front of and without thinking, I answered. It was Jackie from Public Storage and was following up on my application. She was kind ,friendly and that put me at ease because I was upset. She let me know I wasn't gar away from her and told me to come over because she was on site. She accimplished in 15 mins what other companies could not do in two days! As a matter of far it took me longer to write this review than it did for her to get me in my air conditioned unit...lol! "Jackie for President!" Thus young lady deserves a raise! Thank you Public Storage I will recommend thou to family and friends!

Very favorable experience yesterday at the P’ S’ facility on Dixie Hwy in Pompano Beach, FL. Nice clean and well organized with a really helpful and professional staff member named Diana. My wife and I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with her service. Only thing I’d like to see changed is the ability to change my computer generated password/code to something Of my choice however that’s really a very small thing. I will certainly recommend this P’S’ facility to my friends and neighbors if they need a nice place for their storage needs. 5 Stars to Diana.

I've rented here for over a year. There is a homeless person who a staff member says is her friend, who has attacked and threatened me on the property numerous times. I don't believe she even rents a unit there. The local police department has a personal problem with me and relishes when these people mess with me and refuses to address the issue in a manner appropriate to law enforcement. Furthermore, when she threatened me this morning the security guard satthereanddid npthing. Even though he has no problem harassing me, who actually rents a unit, for using m bass guitar. The halls also frequently reek of marijuana.
Update 3/29/24: Today, the main staff member greeted me cordially and offered a potential solution to the problem. There were no insults, or attacks, the halls were clean, and the building seemed in generally better shape than the last few times I've been there.

When I needed my unit switched it was switched with no problem I must say Nelta is a great worker I can see her stepping up within the company.

Had a unit for about a month here and got the first month for less than $50 at the end of the day. Never really had any problems at the unit. My locker was able to remain bug-free during my stay on the third floor and the climate control was nice too.
