Gus was extremely helpful and responded quickly when I needed assistance.
MARK MY WORDS, they will rob you, you sign up with a price and in 1 or 2 months they will change the price right away, do not believe them, we signed up a year ago for a miniature unit for $99 and just got a letter they bumped the price to $186.43, I called they said they reserve the right to change the price anytime, how convenient!!!

He made sure that my son was able to find the right storage size in order for him to be able to storage his items after moving from a far away university and come back home. Unfortunately, no space at home, but public storage in Davie is the best and was able to fulfill my son needs.

The person running the facility @ 9560 West Flamingo rd 89147 Las Vegas. His name is Tim or Jim ...saw me moving items into my car and I told him I'd be out @ the end of the month. I left a bag of work items, tools etc by the elevator inside the Downstairs hallway. When I went back a few days later he said that he saw my pink bag by the elevator n he called my VM to inform me. When I went back he said someone took it. He did express that he was in the wrong and should of put it in the lost & found. He did look on the video and said he knows the person and made a call to the person to contact public storage. It's been 2 weeks and no person has contacted me for my lost items. These items were inside the public storage so logistically the person who took my items stole from Public storage. Property manager Tim knows the man and expressed to me he can't do anything. So now I have to contact corporate and the police bc I believe Tim is Shady. If he made the phone call to the person & stated & I quote "IMPORTANT TO PLEASE CALL PUBLIC STORAGE" why would the person not call public storage?

My family and I have been customers at this Public Storage facility for 5 years. We've recently rented a third space. Gustave went out of his way to accommodate us and ensure our complete satisfaction. My mother has lived in this area for 10 years and claims she has never found better service. After meeting him, I feel comfortable leaving her in Gustave's hands.

I have read other reviews about prices being raised. This is very common among all of these "storage" companies. Pricing is always dictated from corporate who always check competitors in the area. The real difference is the service and attitude of the local management at the specific location. For this, I am giving this location 5 stars. Gus & Anthony who manages this location in Weston/Davie are so helpful and accommodating. When I needed some last minute tools and had to move my storage items around, they even pitched in and helped me. They are always friendly and helpful. I have been a customer at this location for over 5 years and plan to continue.

I’ve been renting here for over a year now. There has been a few instances where Gustave (Gus) has gone above and beyond for me in a really friendly way. He has helped me cut my locks when I lost a key and prevented unwanted people from coming in, he called me right away to diffuse the situation. This is my first time renting from a storage and everything always seems to go smoothly and I know I can count on him and trust him! He is a wonderful person :)
