Not user friendly. It's a pain from entrance gate to the carts and elevators which has to be hands free with the app. The person on site helped a lot, but reaching him took so long.

Editing my old review as it no longer reflects my previous sentiments. Staff is fine, but the management and leadership of the staff has been very unfair to the workers here. The way I hear it, Bianca was sick at home for some time and watching her sick child only to come back to work and be fired. This place has been going to the dumps ever since. The care that the employees have for their customers is not the same care that the leadership has to it's workers and that's very sad and demoralizing. Good luck keeping your good, hard working employees.

The place is not being managed like before. There's a lot of trash, and the prices are getting ridiculous.

My girlfriend and I were a bit skeptical on getting a storage unit in general but Alex had shown us options for 5x5s which is exactly what we needed. Don't have many things to store but the 5x5 was the perfect option that we hadn't been offered before. Prices are very fair. Alex was extremely helpful, don't think we would have gotten the unit if he hadn't helped us!

Bianca had made my move in experience easy and her customer service skills were amazing.
Not good at all. Only there a week and already the whole system was offline so no storage access, a dozen people there trying to get in, some for hours, no sign of staff even though it was within business hours, no one answers the phone AND it's been over 10 days and still no answer to the voicemail left. The online support was absolutely no use whatsoever and no understanding of the severity of the problem.

Im not someone to leave reviews whether a rant or a rave but honestly this guy’s worthy of it. Dan if you ever see this I thank you for your help you’re absolutely deserving of the praise bud!
