I was hesitant to get into storage as it seemed like such a hassle and unsafe but I had no choice and Gabriella the property manager was so nice and helpful and patient to answer all my questions and concerns. She walked me through each step one by one to make sure I was comfortable with my choice and I really appreciate it! Some stress off my back thanks to public storage. If you ever need storage please come to this location or use this company I’ve had such bad experiences with others. I’ve moved out now but I will always have a lasting impression to come back!

I initially chose this option because it’s climate controlled, so none of my keepsake photos would be warped from the intense valley heat, and let me tell you… I promise you DO NOT want a storage unit in the blazing valley heat that isn’t climate controlled. All my things are cool, safe, and secured here. Jessica at the front desk was amazing too! She booked my unit with ease, showed me around, made sure I knew all the important details, and always greats me with a gorgeous smiling face! Thank you Jessica! 10/10 I would recommend!

One thing I will say, although the service is great, is that the door to access the units is smaller than the elevator door, which is a little bit… frustrating. Just some constructive feedback.
