Pam was very helpful in resolving an issue I had withy reservation. She was efficient and kind, checking in was quick and easy.
Customer service has been tremendous since I opened my account. In particular, Pam was very helpful in explaining everything about the process and the service provided by PS. She showed me around, showed me my unit, and was thorough in every way. On her day off, another employee, Jenny, called me to inform there was a problem with my unit- specifically, I had failed to lock it properly. This attention to detail makes me believe safety and security are very important to PS.

I’ve had a storage unit at Public Storage for quite some time now, and honestly, the main reason I haven’t gone anywhere else is Pam. This location is in Lemon Grove, San Diego, and if Pam ever leaves, I might have to rethink my entire storage plan.
Pam works here and makes every visit genuinely enjoyable. She’s always professional, always friendly, and always greets me with a smile and a “hello.” She lets me know to call if anything ever goes wrong, and you can tell she actually means it. She’s constantly hustling around the property making sure everything is clean, organized, and running the way it should. The place always looks great, and that doesn’t happen by accident.
I joke that I mostly come here just to say hi to Pam, but it’s only half a joke.
The facility itself is solid. The fees are very reasonable, the units are climate-controlled, and it’s way nicer than other storage places I’ve dealt with around San Diego. There’s always plenty of parking, the office hours are good, and the access hours are a huge win for me. They’re open from 6 AM to 9 PM, which is clutch since I usually come after work. Most other storage facilities close at 6 PM, and with San Diego traffic, that’s just not realistic.
Bottom line: this Lemon Grove location runs smoothly because of Pam. She absolutely needs a raise immediately. Thanks, Pam, for all your hard work and for somehow making storage enjoyable. Five stars, no question.

I walked in and Janett was on duty and showed me a 10x20 but also a 10x25 unit, she explained the different options and promotions going on and she ended up getting me a 10x25 unit that was cheaper than the 10x20 unit and such a great price point and made sure my unit was cleaned and move in ready!

I had so many questions. I was helped by Jenny. I thought my questions were ridiculous. But she assured me. She’s heard it all. So I felt like she was worth writing this. The storage space was clean and very well maintained. She was doing a perimeter check and my daughter and I walked with her. Asking all of me ridiculous questions and checking out the area as well. We enjoyed r time with her. And I would recommend checking this place out to anyone who needs a storage space. Ask for Jenny. She is the reason I would continue to use this storage facility. I had went to other places but I chose this location do to her. Jenny deserves a raise just because she was kind and courteous to me and my daughter.

The lovely young woman at this establishment, “Jenny”, is as helpful as anyone I’ve ever dealt with in the service industry. Went so above and beyond the call of duty to help us with our storage needs, it was absolutely unreal. The office was very busy yesterday, but this team worked together in a very impressive synergy to take care of everyone’s needs. I’m still just in awe of them when I woke up this morning. Even the manager, Dan, I believe was out walking the property and interacting with everyone it was top notch service in every way. Humble, intelligent human beings that were on their A game taking care of the consumers needs in such a manner that should be taken note of. I’ve worked in the service industry for 30 years all the way up to management and good people are hard to find and it can take years to build a cohesive team like this one. They should be recognized for their efficiency. If you want to see how a place of business should be run then head over to public storage on Broadway in lemon grove and they will be more than happy to show you how it should be done flawlessly! Good job you guys and thank you for all your help!

I needed a temp space for two months. The Lemon Grove location was perfect. The folks in the office were efficient from beginning to end. Always felt safe being there. The facility still seems new and is very clean overall.
