Have to give a shout out to Angel at this location. He was very helpful, polite and funny. He personally walks the lot to check on the units. When I came back the next day to move in, he was hand washing the doors! What service. Thanks Angel, 5 stars!

I will never rent from public storage again. The facility on Valley Boulevard. I have come to the office and tried to call the office. no one answers the door. No one calls back the numbers I rented a space for years from them moved out in time. Spoke to the office person and confirm that my automatic payment would not go through the next month. And they still put the automatic payment through said they will send me a check back in the mail 4 to 6 weeks. That is so unacceptable for a company. To hold your money for 4 to 6 weeks I still have not heard back from them. They said it will take up to 48 to 72 hours for a callback never do auto pay with public storage.

We were in between escrows and needed a space to store our furniture until we were able to move into our new house. Due to the sellers' bickering with each other we got delayed with the closing. We sold our house and had no where to go. We packed stuff in a truck and just started driving. We were fortunate to find Public Storage on Valley Blvd. We were greeted by Beatriz who was a total sweet heart and really helped us make a very stressful situation much more tolerable. We were able to safely storage our items in a nice large clean storage space. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this location. We also want to commend Beatriz. She is the best! :)

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Apparently this place was getting burglarized for almost 3 months and the hallways started getting locked. NEVER NOTIFIED AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON! And I am just now finding out that my unit was broken into. I was never notified or emailed or called in any manner about this either. I had to show up to make room for more things just to realize my stuff was missing. The drywall in my units hallway was torn off the wall and NO ONE thought to inform the people in that building. It even looks like the wall was "repaired" even though there are still cracks and holes and drywall torn out on the inside of my unit. The women working in the front didn't seem to have a good idea of how to deal with it and just told me to call the police, which i had to wait over an hour for. and now for the next 2 weeks i'll be stuck waiting for the insurance company to help me out! so thanks for nothing!! Looking for a new unit ASAP! Not worth the money. At all.

My unit got broken into, they have no information about who or why, criminals cut my lock and put theirs on, took 4 days after management found out to notify me. Management does not have bolt cutters, and will not help you. This place is the worst, and in a bad part of town. Also to add I had to stay another month while I got thing arranged. But on the day I want to move my hallway is locked and nobody is here to open it. While sitting and watching all the people who come and go, there are people who live in here and hang out all day. No wonder they can't figure out who broke into my unit, it could be literally anybody walking by on the street. This is horrible, also I have basicly no recourse because all the phone numbers land me to my property manager who can't do anything!

Carlos is the man!

Came in about 2 weeks ago with my sister to rent and met carlos he is the most nicest guy. Never recieved better customer service from anywhere. We had lots of questions but his service never change. Public storage is lucky to have him and i will be telling everyone to go see carlos if they need storage or packing supplies. I never knew they sell packing supplies and great deals!

Tabitha was excellent we have been customers for a long time and havent had any issues. Love public storage and all the staff. We met the new manager carlos and he is also amazing. They remember us every time and i would reccomend public storage to all my friends and family.

last week I was with my mom and she needed a space I was surprised on all the knowledge that Carlos had about storage and all of the merchandise that he had in the office. I was just as impressed as my mom. He was so friendly to her and myself made us feel welcome and when the slogan is we will treat your stuff like its our stuff Carlos take it to a whole different level. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my moms things highly recommended! Go see Carlos!!
