The public storage on treat Boulevard is clean, well maintain and a secure place to be. Amber whom I’ve talked to on several occasions, is kind and helpful and always quick to assist. Whenever I see her, she is attending one of a number of aspects of the place and I can see how the facility is kept in such Tiptop shape. I am glad I got my store stuff here.

Renting a unit was easier than I expected. The storage was clean and the employees were very helpful and organized when we arrived.
They love to tell you how you can open gates and doors with the app. But you can't because it never works.
They're never at the desk, even when they call you and tell you that you need to come down asap.
I stored my belongings here for a while and prices are reasonable.

From the moment we walked in, she made the entire process of renting storage space feel simple, stress-free, and even kind of enjoyable (which is saying a lot during a hectic move). She anticipated what we needed before we even knew it, answered every question with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of—every step of the way.
If we hadn’t had Amber's guidance, I genuinely don’t think we would’ve pulled this off. She made it possible. The hours of this storage facility are very restricting - 9.30am to 6pm.
Also, there is never anyone in the office if you need help. You have to call the phone number, leave a message and wait for them to get back to you.

They jacked my storage rent up from $260 to $330 and finally to $430 in a year. Will never use them again. I am sorry what caused a $170 increase within one year for storage.
This location is always so clean and presentable. I talked to the lady that works there, Ambar and she is always so nice to me when I see her. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to store there things.

4415 is the worst to rent from their customer service quoted me a price for the Antioch public storage by mistake for a 10x30 which will hold my vehicle. Since it was a good price I went forward thinking that I can get this space but when I got there found out that it was the wrong location and they want to charge me $500 instead of $333. I told her I would rent this space for 6 months up to a year Cash up front she still want to up the charge to 500 bucks I told her no way I'm good. It's sad when you about to spend $1,853. Michelle was a nice person to talk to but every time it goes up to management they're trying to upcharge you and pocket like damn near $200. And this is the manager of the lives on site My advice don't deal with them. Far as I'm concerned of one star is too much.

This is the mess you will get into if you use Public Storage at Treat Blvd. I saw a great offer of first month free $254 month unit 10X20. I went to see the place, saw Relief Manager who showed me a space C023, was very nice. I asked him what I will owe today, versus when my next bill will be due to that free month offer. He said I will pay the admin fee of $30 today (27th of the month) but will have to pay on the first of the month. He said they will prorate the first month taking the free month into account. Fair enough, I said. Came back home to sign the deal online. Filled out lots of info but nowhere could I see the pricing except that I will owe $254 1st of the month. Wouldn't show me the prorated amount. But I need to sign the rental agreement anyway. Also it showed a different space D131. I called the office at least 5 times, no one would answer. The Relief Manager had reminded me a dozen times that if I didn't do this right away, I will lose the space. Log in didn't work either. Tried to reset passward and waiting for an email from PS, it wouldn't come either by email or phone, so can't reset password or finish the form. All my info got deleted. It wants me to sign the agreement without showing the prorated amount I will owe 1st of the month. All this for Space D131 which I haven't even seen. The Relief Manager wouldn't answer the phone, so I just wasted a few hours of my time dealing with this most dysfunctional organization called Public Storage. THEY ARE HIGHLY DYSFUNCTIONAL AND DON'T TAKE ACCCOUNTABILITY AS A BUSINESS. THEY HAVE CONSTANT THEFTS, AS ONE CART WAS JUST STOLEN. THERE IS ONLY ONE CART WHICH IS LOCKED UP, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE COUNTER TO ASK FOR IT EACH TIME YOU GO THERE. PUBLIC STORAGE SUCKS SO BADLY. ALL THEIR OFFERS ARE FALSE. I WILL REPORT THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I had rented a parking space from this site before I actually purchased the vehicle that would be parked in the space. Once I bought the RV, I realized that the space was too narrow for me to comfortably park in it.
