This is the mess you will get into if you use Public Storage at Treat Blvd. I saw a great offer of first month free $254 month unit 10X20. I went to see the place, saw Relief Manager who showed me a space C023, was very nice. I asked him what I will owe today, versus when my next bill will be due to that free month offer. He said I will pay the admin fee of $30 today (27th of the month) but will have to pay on the first of the month. He said they will prorate the first month taking the free month into account. Fair enough, I said. Came back home to sign the deal online. Filled out lots of info but nowhere could I see the pricing except that I will owe $254 1st of the month. Wouldn't show me the prorated amount. But I need to sign the rental agreement anyway. Also it showed a different space D131. I called the office at least 5 times, no one would answer. The Relief Manager had reminded me a dozen times that if I didn't do this right away, I will lose the space. Log in didn't work either. Tried to reset passward and waiting for an email from PS, it wouldn't come either by email or phone, so can't reset password or finish the form. All my info got deleted. It wants me to sign the agreement without showing the prorated amount I will owe 1st of the month. All this for Space D131 which I haven't even seen. The Relief Manager wouldn't answer the phone, so I just wasted a few hours of my time dealing with this most dysfunctional organization called Public Storage. THEY ARE HIGHLY DYSFUNCTIONAL AND DON'T TAKE ACCCOUNTABILITY AS A BUSINESS. THEY HAVE CONSTANT THEFTS, AS ONE CART WAS JUST STOLEN. THERE IS ONLY ONE CART WHICH IS LOCKED UP, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE COUNTER TO ASK FOR IT EACH TIME YOU GO THERE. PUBLIC STORAGE SUCKS SO BADLY. ALL THEIR OFFERS ARE FALSE. I WILL REPORT THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I had rented a parking space from this site before I actually purchased the vehicle that would be parked in the space. Once I bought the RV, I realized that the space was too narrow for me to comfortably park in it. Came in to this facility today to by some packing supplies . The selection is great and well priced. I had gone to the ups store in the same location as this and this location I saved so much more money. I ended up buying a box called a Quick pack. The girl there Monica recommended it to me to get started. It’s a fantastic deal. $34.99 and I can pack almost everything I need up.

Haven’t rented from Public storage in a couple of months. Came to this facility today to check on prices as I need storage , received some excellent prices and great customer service. Monica was very helpful.

I thoroughly enjoy visiting this branch and having small talk with Monica. Her customer service is top notch. Seems whenever I come here I always get her. Lucky me I guess. Especially when I dread paying bills.

Overall, a great experience from pricing/check-in to moving our things in. The staff has been great to work with. Our unit was very clean inside upon our arrival, and the outside of the units are also well kept.

We have had a storage unit here for 8 years. The service has always been good and consistent. The contents have remained in good shape. We are very happy!

I have only good things to say about this location and the manager Bruce. I feel comfortable knowing that my things are in good hands. He is always in a cheerful mood and goes above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs are met and questions answered, If you are looking to safely store your things then I recommend this location. Thanks Bruce for making this a smooth transition for me. After 4 years I finally removed all of my things from storage and everything was just as it was when it went in. No burgleries and no damage to my property. Made the move out stress free. Hopefully I won't need a storage in the future, however if I do I will check with this location first to see if they have what I need.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT. THE STORAGES AND GROUNDS ARS VERY CLEAN. IT PRICE IS ALITTLE ON HIGH END ON THEIR PRICE FOR THEIR PRICES. THE ONLY REASON WHY IM GIVING THEM 4 OUT OF 5 IS THE HOURS WHEN YOU ARE HOURS. ALLOWED GO INTO YOUR STORAGE. IT USE TO BE 6 AM TO 9PM 7 DAYS AWERK

Only 1 star cause I can't give 0. First a $20 price hike just after I move in with no mention of a price increase coming when I signed the contract. The facility is in poor repair. The elevator is questionable and the floors feel like you could fall through to the first floor any second. Now - right in the middle of the holiday season when you need access to those things you'd most likely store in a facility like this (xmas decorations) they up and change the gate access hours to 8 hours a day. Basically 9 - 5. This means if you WORK for a living then you can pretty much have to take a day off to get to your stuff monday through friday. Moving out ASAP!

Manager was great. Very friendly and helpful. We buy a lot of auction units and have never had a manager walk us out to make sure the code worked.

I stored for almost 9 months. When I moved out, I realized 90% of my belongings were damaged by rat urine and rats gnawing away. No return call from manager and administrative offices only refunded two-month's rent. Insurance I purchased the day I started renting the space, covers only $200 in vermin damage AND they have a $150 deductible! According to the front desk staff, I am not the first to complain about rat damage. They knew and they took my money regardless. NO shame! Small claims court is not even an option as they would never refund me 1/4 of my losses. That's why they get away with this. Customers can't really do much to hold these people accountable! SHAME ON YOU!

The management (Ámbar in particular) are extremely accommodating and professional and make the custom feel important.

I went into this facility a few days ago just checking on prices. I wasn't too sure of the size I needed because I'm not used to doing this kind of thing. When I walked through the door I was greeted by a very friendly girl named Ambar. She was so professional and very knowledgable about the units. Unfortunately she didn't have the size I needed due to them being so occupied right now but she was able to point me into the right direction. I really appreciate all her help and would highly recommend going to Ambar! ;)

They have everything you need to store your items safely and securely. I happened to run into the District Manager - Bernard and he took time to talk to me about my business.. Another great person who was actually helpful without trying to hard sell me something. I also found out he is local and our kids go to the same school. This is a most impressive Storage facility. It has security gates for entry and exit with personal client codes for access as well as numerous security cameras about the facility. The facility is very clean and accessablity to my 2nd floor storage area is very easy to get to. Ambar walked me through the rental process in a most efficient, understandable, and helpful manner. The $1 for the first month rent is truly a plus.

Bruce really makes this place what it is, he made my girlfriend and I feel like our stuff was in good hands when we started storing our stuff here. Honestly you don't get this kind of customer service very often, every time I come back I'm greeted with a smile and a wave and when not busy we may end up talking about old cars, ethnic cuisine etc. The facilities are well maintained, clean. There are plenty of carts for loading and it's been easy to swing in and pick up or drop off items. I'd recommend (Bruce's) Public Storage to anyone!

I was in the area and I happened upon this storage facility. I had been meaning to get some boxes and tape since I was getting ready to move some furniture around in the house so I decided to go in and see what they had. As I entered the facility I was warmly greeted by a lovely young man with glasses named Eric. I told him my plans on moving my furniture and he began to tell me everything he knew about boxes and tape and the best ways to move furniture without hurting myself. I thought he was very insightful and polite. I would certainly come back to this facility next time I needed anything else. The customer service was great!

I came in to buy boxes and tape and the worker was surprisingly helpful in choosing the right size boxes for me, who knew that different sized boxes were used for different things! He was a young man with glasses named Eric. I didn't know that small boxes were used for heavier items, I was planning on getting a couple big boxes and just shoving everything in there. He helped me get what I needed without seeming pushy just to get me to spend more. I don't have a need for storage right now but if the time arises, I know where to go. A+ service, would recommend.

It is a pleasure for me to let others know that when you need a place to put belongings ... this is the place to go. The manager Bruce helped figure out what to do with my fathers memories. When my family just wanted us to either donate or just throw it away. Bruce spoke to me with the concern of a brother. To take time to look through my dad's Items, look for the photos, look for the memories that Dad treasured he said .... not for just me... but for my kids & grandchildren. He said let my kids help too because of the times the spent with their grandfather maybe treasured memories. Bruce was right ..so so right . I found my dad's Timex watch I used to wear when he went out of town when I was little... I long forgotten of of that. So to Bruce I thank you for being there when your help was needed. This is my first experience using a storage locker and it's been excellent -- space is what I need, easy to access, and Bruce is an active and engaged manager who can always be counted on for information (and making sure that a cart is available).

I set up my account today with Victoria, and I have to say that she was very friendly, very professional, and did a great job going over all the lease and rental information. She is a good example of people who really do a good job for their employer.
