Called at 2:17pm, spoke with a women which she didn't state her name clearly. This review is for management, you guys need to train her better or find a person who is more capable of customer service.
That women have terrible customer service. Was calling to simply get storahe sizes availability and pricing. I was so confused with the many many "qualifying questions" she dumped on me and gave me attitude as I was trying to clarify things to my understanding as a CUSTOMER, she then transferred me with saying a word.
Even if they could have better ates than their competitors, I will gladly pay more elsewhere.

Worst place ever at this time of economic crisis they can't even work with you on everything they only care about them selves n not their customer . Me as a customer every penny counts and their hours are so inconvenient to take my stuff that I have to move out . I don't kno but I'm going to keep fighting even call better business. Bureau department I'm not going to let it go even not asking money back just yransferr me to another location . This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten . These people just want to steal your money . I'm sure you get one of those days a customer does things fast bc they have to move out n realized last minute their hours of being open don't work with me not even a day n I lost my money there bc by the time I get home I can't move in my stuff be cause they close that early. Bad service bc they can't even work with u hey at this time of low money bc of economic every dollar counts in your pocket . But to these people money hungry they seem they tell me it's lost money they don't care about you only care bout themselves

Such great service! Michael was very helpful and family friendly. My kids really took a liking to him. He made me feel very welcomed at this facility. He was very patient when I asked all sorts of questions like about the access and office hours and about the security. Made me feel I can really entrust my belongings here.

Satisfied with my storage staff especially Jessica. She’s goes above and beyond at all aspects. She is always willing to help not just me but I see her help all tenants/customer the same. No one is favored in anyways. She really knows what customer service is suppose to be. Not only does she make sure customers are okay at all times on site but she also maintains the cleanliness and safety of the site. I feel like she really cares about her job. Not sure where to even start. Moved my stuff into storage here after a break up and need a place to store my stuff while I got situated. Started off okay. But as time went on the prices kept going up with no notification.
So with another price increase that didn't go through because the card that was charged didn't cover it I decided to pack up. So me and my brother went to empty the unit. He commented that it was way easier this time, and that's when I started noticing a lot of my items are missing, a lot with sentimental value.
Sometime recently I also had someone try and make a purchase with one of old cards at Walmart. Now I'm sure whoever took my stuff also tried to use my old card.
So now what should have been a simple pick up, will be me trying to remember every thing that is missing, document it and see what insurance will cover.
I can assume it was someone that works at this location. One time I left a key to the latch to my unit be repaired. I also noticed someone left Rat poison.
Or someone was nice enough to break in, leave the lock and set everything to look as undisturbed as possible.
I highly recommend for anyone that will be leaving items in the future to take pics, document everything and if possible check in on your units.

I am going through a tough time and my rent is not up to date but is not even one month over due.
I have paid more than half the rent and o my have a small balance of less than $200 dollars and I am constantly threaten all month that my stuff will be sold.
This is the most pathetic excuse to sell my stuff for a balance less than $200 dollars.
Absurd, and the girl that works in the office has a very straight forward attitude of your problem is your problem. No flexibility of working with clients, zero human sympathy.

The manager, Jessica, has always been a huge help in answering my questions, returning calls in a timely manner, and is nothing less than supreme when it comes to customer service!! Although I did have to cancel my current storage unit for now, I will definitely be back when I relocate in January 2024 and will make the trip to Baldwin Park Public Storage based off customer service alone. I had a not so good experience here. Wouldn’t say it was bad but I would say it was lacking. I worked for storage for five years as a manager so I know what can and can’t be done. I was told lies that I didn’t appreciate so I docked their score. Also, the drive lanes were thin and one way. The on-site manager and her guests would park near the entryway which often prevented me from going down one of the lanes that was closest to my storage if not blocking it altogether. When I checked in they insisted on using my whole entire name (first, middle, last, AND suffix) which I despise and never use. Even on my credit cards it’s just my first and last. I was told that wasn’t allowed. Access hours are only until 5-6 (I can’t remember which) but they are even shorter on weekends. This was a problem considering I work and live quite a ways away and also get off later than those hours. I literally had to call off work to move in or out. I was going to move after the first month but they refused to cancel my storage if I didn’t have it emptied PRIOR to the office closing on the last day of the contract even though I was calling to give them advance notice and would not prorate me although I offered to pay up to an entire week for them just to agree. My all around experience was just not customer centric in my opinion. The place wasn’t dirty. There were no people hanging out. The staff wasn’t rude. The price was relatively reasonable. So I did give it a few stars. Overall I wouldn’t go back so I wouldn’t in good faith recommend someone else go there.
I would like to single out Jessica, the Property Manager at the Baldwin Park Public Storage facility for her prompt, effective and very reliable service. I will be recommending this Public Storage branch/office to anyone who has an interest in storing their belongings!

Units are infested with Roaches. I have a unit in the C building upstairs, size 10x10. On the day I moved in I saw a few roaches in the hallway. The next day when I went to drop off more stuff, two roaches were crawling on my boxes.

Leti was so so helpful in helping with the move in and was very patient in helping me change units as well as getting the lock changed on my unit. The location is definitely older and the units are more run down that other locations. Design of the freight elevators are also not the most convenient. Needed to change units upon move in because the first unit smelled strongly of molded wood/ bad odor. Leti helped me handle the transfer and is always very helpful and cheerful everytime I have questions or needed assistance.
Pricing is decent for the area, probably because units are a bit older.

A few months ago, I came to find my passport, which was tucked away in a box in my storage unit. I was stressed and totally forgot my box cutter. Anthony at the desk came to my aid, and loaned me some scissors. I was so grateful that he allowed me to use them! I was able to find my passport. I returned a month after that, and needed to get rid of some things in my unit. There was no flatbed available, which I really needed. It was about 95 degrees--and very humid. Anthony took the time to look around the whole facility in order to find me that flatbed so I didn't have to carry the boxes individually to my car. He was and is always polite, and cheerful. Anthony's customer service goes above and beyond what is customary; and I told him this. Anthony really made my day!!! It is an uncommon joy to have a young(er) person go above and beyond what his/her job responsibilities are. No doubt he is destined for greatness! I hope his supervisor takes note of this review!!!

I don't know if all of the public storage locations are the same but this has got to be the most dishonest business I have ever encountered! They changed and doubled my price without any notice! I don't even think that is legal! How dishonest! I have never been late to any of my payments I have auto payment set and this is how they treat their customers with dishonesty by stealing money!!! Now I don't have enough money for my rent at home just so that this multi-million dollar company could make a couple of extra bucks....thanks a lot!

I had the best experience! Amelia and Jessica are incredible and helpful. My parents have had a storage locker at public storage for close to 20 years and moved across the country so weren’t able to get their items. I made the trip to get some of their valued possessions and Jessica worked with my father to get me access to their unit and Amelia checked on me throughout the day and was so kind and helpful. I was worried about opening a unit that had not been accessed for so many years but it was clean, well lit, and well maintained.
