The young man working there, Bjorn took responsibility and said he will stay on it until it is fixed and then let me know. He lived up to that promise. Issues are a part of life, I was impressed how Bjorn handled it and got me taken care of.

Great service at public storage from Sam today at Eden Prairie Public Storage!!! I’m driving a rental car today because my car is in the shop. I stopped at Public storage to check on some things at my unit and realized I didn’t have my gate entry code with me, as it’s in my car car! Sam showed me how to send a text to Public Storage from my cell phone which then sends you a return text with your gate code info and hours of operation for the facility. I didn’t realize this feature existed and this would be extremely helpful especially if it were after hours and no one in the office and you forgot or didn’t have access to your gate code!
Craig and Charlie at the Eden Prairie Public Storage are absolutely top-notch! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain all my options, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and genuinely went above and beyond with their customer service. The facility is clean, secure, and well-managed, but Craig and Charlie are what truly made the experience exceptional. Rented a space here for over a year. Great experience all around! Personnel. In particular, Craig, treated us right and we always found someone available when needed. But rarely needed anyone because the setup is really self-sufficient. Everything we needed, including good lighting everywhere!!!

Rented at EP Minnesota to store a car for winter. 1 week before end of term i started my car so I knew I would be able to get out before end of month. Sure enough, car didn't start one week later!
