Very Clean facility. Great management! I’ve had multiple storages here and never had problems. The workers are amazing especially Jeff and Patrick they have both been super helpful! The prices are the best in town!
Intial rental and move in experience was top-notch. Everything went smoothly and move-in flawless - 5 stars for that portion. A couple months in, I get the magic " time for a rate increase effective 4/1". Only problem is that initial rental agreement included a 12-month fixed rate. Had to work through customer service to return to original 12-month rate as initial agreement stipulated, and they made it seem like they were doing a favor. Guessing I'll be seeing this a few more times before the 12 month period is up. Regardless of your agreement - watch your rate level and the calendar !!!

My grandfather had a nice unit with them for several years, without issue. He passed away in February and it has been an ordeal to get it removed from his name. Jeff has been so patient, compassionate, and kind while we all navigated the legalities of claiming a unit of a deceased person and having the appropriate documentation. Don't use this place! Someone climbed into our unit and was also throwing garbage into our unit and management did nothing about it. I have pictures and video of the items thrown into our unit along with dark footprints up the wall. Your items aren't safe at this place. Staff to busy smoking and playing on their phones to care.
The rental process is automated and can be done from the phone. Customer service is excellent when you need to talk to human.

I was very disappointed with the fact that my items were damaged. No ever bothered to return my calls and customer service was a joke as well. They are quick to stalk you for money but couldn't be bothered to return a call.
Was able to find the quality storage space I needed for best price in area thanks to public storage. Jeff was a huge help, met me at property showed me unit and assisted woth account set up very much appreciated the assistance.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. Went to pay my bill and he told me I have to go to another property to make an in store payment. Drive to another store.. that I’m not storing at .. to pay for the unit that’s not at that store.. Make it make sense. They do not care about your stuff. Save yourself and go to extra space that has 3 people in store there to help you.
I had to put my things in storage for about 3 weeks until my home was ready. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the units. I had three climate control units. Also, Jeff, the attendant, was very helpful and always walked around the facility when I was there. He did not just stay in the front office. This made me feel safe. I would recommend this location completely. Thanks again Jeff for great customer service.

I have purchased many units from a variety of the storage facilities, and most of the times attempting to arrange pick up or payment. Most facilities makes me feel like a burden. This facility, definitely deserves five stars. Ashley and Melissa followed up with me shortly after the purchase was complete via phone call to schedule payments and pick up. Throughout the day I was not certain if I was going to be able to pick up so I’ve called multiple times to ensure business hour and a few other questions. The staff was very friendly from start to finish. Very kind, accommodating, and very knowledgeable especially Melissa. i’m sure I can get annoying with my questions, but with this staff, I definitely didn’t feel like a burden. definitely one of my smoothest transactions in the past six months. Thank you so much.
Horrible facility and staff, no one is ever on duty, the have a dumpster located in the lot but customers are restricted from usage. Michelle the customer rep was terribly rude and had horrible customer service skills

Completely disgusting. Since 2020 been having issues Starting from unit 001 down the line is infested with rodents mice and squirrels. Lots of mouse droppings in unit along with dead rodents. Roof insulation in unit was torn down by rodents and mess in unit. Had personal belongings destroyed due to rodents. Have been fighting with public storage insurance claims since April 2022 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would
