I am writing this Google Review for Nina, the manager of Public Storage in Alsip on 127th and Pulaski. I was dealing with five units here that belonged to my Grandfather, who had passed away. I tried calling customer service over the phone to figure out what paperwork or documents were needed to transfer ownership, and they were of no help. I talked to Nina here and she had the whole process done for me within 15 minutes. She has given me tons of advice and tips. She is professional, very well-organized, knows all the answers to my questions, and if she doesn't, she's able to call customer service and get those answers for me almost immediately. Whenever I see her she is always busy and hard at work, whether it's cleaning out the other units, talking to customers on the phone, or dealing with getting customers their units in person. She is a great asset to this company. 5 out of 5 stars!

I am writing this review in regards to the employee Jennifer, I attended the Alsip location today in regards to a future prospect of a couple units minimum. I was actually pleasantly surprised how much Jennifer was informative and not only that but very much engaged and willing to take the time to give me all details .With that being said, it was a pleasant visit and I will be a future customer and I may even move a couple other storage units that I have over there as well. I hope that somebody does actually take the time to read this because she made my decision quite easy. Thank you.

If I could give no star review I would. No one is ever on site. Tried multiple times to come in and no one is available in the office. Called and still can get a hold of no one! Absolutely ridiculous.
No one is ever on site, no one in the office. They raise the rates and there's nobody ever there to work? Doesn't make any sense. Wasp problem is out of control. Would never recommend. If no stars was an option, it would’ve been given
They need to start letting customers know about these so called "split shifts". They don't tell anyone and we're supposed to somehow know. The hours posted on the front door are obviously false
No one ever on site
Staff is never on site. They're on and off. They give the option to pay in person but by not being there, they're forcing people to eventually auto pay. Not joking. Every morning meeting they have is about somehow coercing their customers to auto pay. They raise the rates because of the no rent control in Illinois, and then when you need to speak in person to someone they're not there. Poor service and a classic case of a corporate company that no longer cares. They have more than enough money to keep someone at 1 site all day at each site, but instead they have 1 person run three of them at a time. Greed greed greed
