Needing to get a storage unit for my grandma was overwhelming but thankfully I was able to come here. Yolanda was really nice and helped me out with a small issue I had. She was calm, patient, and didn’t make me feel rushed or anything, which I appreciated because I thought she might get upset, but she wasn’t at all. Read the fine print, folks. When you sign up, you're also paying for at least a month of insurance on your property. You can call and cancel that insurance on your first day of you like (which I did because my motorcycle is already insured), but you're still paying for that first month. And you'll continue to pay unless you cancel it.
Also, BRING YOUR OWN LOCK. If you don't, you just bought one of theirs for $20, which sits waiting for you in your storage locker. Unless you turn it in to them, you bought it. Just be cautious and be prepared before you get there.

Presitory company. Have to call customer assistance for everything. I paid what I was due. Emptied my space returned the lock. Set up to the move out date and everything. Still shows my account is open. Don't use any of these places. You miss 1 payment they make it impossible to get your stuff. Charge you more every 3 months. It's a 25$ late fee and then a 55$ lein fee and then they charge you 125$ lein fee. Makes it hard for people who are struggling.
This company is the worst! When ever you try to reach someone you get the run around. This company is unwilling to work with anyone who is going through financial difficulties. They will sell your stuff before allowing you to set a payment plan. Absolutely disgusted!

I've had a unit here for a year and a half. The cost started at 77.00 a month, they have increased twice. It just went up to 152.19 for a small 5x10. Going to shop around. Be aware that the pmt may start low, but it won't last.
