Located at 150 Tully road San Jose California the facility there is outstanding very clean great staff v units are very easy to access and finding parking there's no problem. They have plenty of carts to help you move your stuff from your car to your unit . The climate control units make a great big difference compared to other facilities . I would recommend this facility over all of them.

She's at the Tully/Monterey Rds location. I explained how many items I would be storagìng and with her vast experience was able to suggest the correct size storage. Awesome Customer Service the Manager Z is awesome and very understanding and will work with you just be honest and communicate. Only downfall are hours wish they had extended hours available or were open a bit later than 6 pm But please beware they are extremely on it when they say you must be out by 6 pm so take it very seriously. **** BEWARE**** Z Is no longer the manager at the location and they are just different to work with they are not very understanding they are just like very black and white by the book which is okay for some people but I mean just in my opinion and my experience it just kind of sucks they raise rent with little to no notice it's extremely frustrating I was a customer here for over 2 years and and only defaulted twice
Got my storage at a deal for the Labor Day Special. Used the back of the building entrance with indoor parking to unload the trailer I rented from Uhaul. 12/18/24 - Yesterday, I went to visit the Public Storage on 150 Tully Rd. San Jose, CA, 95111 right after work. I was immediately greeted and I shared my reason for the visit. I wanted to physically see a 5x5 (smallest unit). I was asked a few preferences’ questions, did I want it inside or outside?.. I asked about safety and Ray reassured me that the units and locks are checked daily to confirm they are secure, etc. I also was curious to know how accessible would the unit be, is it only hours of operation and does that apply to both inside and outside units? Since the hours of operation applied to both inside and outside units, I agreed to view an inside unit. Ray selected the closest 5x5 inside unit for me to look at which I appreciated. I came immediately after work around 5pm which had been a long day but the experience was seamless, I was in and out. I reserved a unit yesterday evening with Ray’s guidance. Ray and his coworker were approachable and made this visit an overall a good experience. Thanks guys and Happy Holidays!

After She accepted My Payment, I informed Her that two of My Units Rent were raised. She contacted the Payment Office, and informed them of My concern. I have 3 Storage Units, with Public Storage, and I'm on a Fixted Budget.I told Maria I'd like to, eventually, consolidate, and, possibly, move to the Tully Rd. Location. My Units are on Aborn Rd. We seen online they’re storage units for a 5x5 was available. We came in for our reservation and we had the most pleasant experience with Kathy. She showed us to our unit and when we expressed that it might not be big enough. She gladly showed us a 10x5 which she also recommended because of it being cheaper. We took it and are now new storage unit renters. Big thanks to Kathy for her genuine kindness and for going above and beyond the customer service and support standards.

I've had a storage unit here for about 9 months and just downsized to a smaller space. All interactions with the team here have been fabulous and they've always been super helpful. Z and Mikey took great care of me this time and made the transition so easy.
The facility is clean, well lit, with easy parking for vehicles and trucks to make moving in/out very smooth. It's also secure with external gates, access during business hours, and required security codes for accessing the elevators.
I had never rented a storage unit before, but Kathy was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions and got me checked out and able to move my stuff in very quickly. Glad I made the choice to rent here for temporary storage :-)

I had an overall great experience renting a unit from this location, the facility is one of the cleanest and well kept I’ve been to and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Erica and the rest of the team helped answer any questions I had and were great on my move out date. One of the best storage facilities in San Jose, I highly recommend this location!!

I was very clueless about navigating the facility but the staff was extremely patient and friendly! It made moving out a lot more enoyabke than expected. I would definitely use this specific location again
