I’ve rented from this location before. The previous time was pretty seamless and uneventful. Pretty much how you would want it to be. however, today I returned needing a storage space and the customer service that Ian provided was exactly what I needed. I had a lot going on just with getting multiple things handled for a move and I had an idea of how I wanted my visit to go. All of those bases were covered and then some. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area needing a storage solution .

My wife and I have a 5 X 5 storage. Rent started at $112 three years ago in August. Shortly after, the rent was raised to $128. About a year after that, it was raised again to $168. Now I just got an email last week stating that they will be raising the rent again to $212. That's $100 more than what we started. This place is a scam! Don't let them ruin you in with a low price because it won't stay that way. I get inflation, but this is completely out of control. The owner is taking advantage of inflation, and that's bad karma. We're getting ready to check out!

They raised my rent 33% in less than a year. It is a classic bait and switch. Entice you with one rate, then jack up the rate a short time later. This was not a teaser rate, which is sometimes done. It was the regular rate. They know how difficult and expensive it is to move again, so they have you by a certain part of the anatomy. I have complaints in with the district attorney and the attorney general as well as the BBB. UPDATE: Now they are raising the rent even more. They are raising it to $433 in May. I started at $257 at the beginning of 2023. That's an almost 70% increase in a year and a half. In addition, they replaced my lock without consulting me so workers had access to my unit without my consent. I have no way of knowing if anything was taken.

Damn is 6:20 am I been waiting since 6 am. If it wasn't cuz I got on the reviews I wouldn't know what time they open, they don't have signs, or open early I'm a early worm 😔 this started to mess my schedules

Why I am giving this place only 1 star is because... the last time I went to my storage, the worker, who actually lives there on the property and always seems to be in a sour mood, comes over to us and starts to demand that we leave the property and he will give us 'FIVE MINITES TO PACK UP AND LEAVE THE PROPERTY!' It was so hot and we were being rushed under pressure so badly that my boyfriend threw up everywhere!! (And we still cleaned up the puke) That worker also said to us, 'this is for loading and unloading. NOT to organize your stuff." I completely agree and understand except that I had lost my storage key and was trying to find it. But he wouldn't know that because he is so rude and didn't care my reason as to why I was going through my stuff to look for something. It's not like I had a huge mess or anything. As a matter of fact I had everything on the side and ready to go in for when I found my key. I pay my rent there EVERY MONTH. I expected a little more decency coming from the employees at Public Storage. And not to come out there to harass me and my boyfriend for taking a little longer than usually to go into my unit. That was ridiculous and uncalled for. Other than that, the guy who lives there is ALWAYS in a foul mood most of the time and the older man that works there is usually always watching everything your doing, like there is no privacy coming from him. Very noisy and gets in the way. Like when I was moving from one unit to a larger one. That older man would not stop walking in the hall way to see what I was doing and everytime he came by I had to stop what I was doing and move all my belongings over just so he could walk by when clearly he could of went the other way. The worst part about this place is the hours.. open so late and close so early. (9:30am-7pm) ridiculous 🙄 😑 😒

I was in need of a storage space asap. I tried calling many different numbers for public storage and I didn’t receive the exact help I needed. So I met Rafik at this location and he went above and beyond to help me find the exact storage unit I needed. He gave me all details including pricing, how billing works, how the access and the hours are. He downloaded the public storage app on my phone and tested to make sure that everything is working properly. Rafik is amazing. If you are looking to rent a unit at this location ask for him and you will be very happy with the service that you will receive from him. Thank you Rafik for all your help!

The spaces are fine. Good climate control. Lovely staff, excepting Rafik, who’s a grump on a good day. If you can avoid dealing with him, you’re fine

This place is easy to get to, easy to access, they gave me what we expected, they're easy to work with. I'd definitely use them whenever I need more storage.

My experience was 10 stars. Rafik was such a huge help to me today getting my belongings moved in last minute. He was kind, efficient and explained the payment plan and services. I can't even explain how much stress it took off of me to be helped so quickly and kindly. I will only use this location for storage because of how kind and helpful he is.
