If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! This Public Storage location is the nastiest I have ever saw.
I rented at this location sight unseen in September 2025. Boy did I get a surprise. first off it's very nasty, the yard has broken down cars, old beat up campers sitting around. my unit in particular was not clean when I opened it, the light bulb was blown so I had to put one in to see since the time changed and it's gets darker earlier. I've called that specific location I know 50 times and it's always the call center that answers. I have been there in the morning, afternoon, evening and right before they close and there has never been anyone in there to get anything addressed. One afternoon I went to the unit and there was a dead RAT in my unit. There is NO food in there or anything the rodent could live off of, so that tells me there is a hole behind the unit and its where he got in. I called to complain about that and again can never reach anyone there.
Now for the monthly rent. I was charged for the insurance after me telling them my house insurance will cover, he said its mandatory I have to pay that. every single month I was charged a different amount and each time it was higher and higher. There is NO consistency at this location. I am working on having my stuff moved out by the end of December. As for cleaning the unit I refuse as it was dirty when I rented it.
All the units at that location could use some fresh orange paint on the front (it's all peeling) and maybe pressure wash the filthy areas including all the units inside.
I do have photos and I will come back this evening to upload those!

My review keeps getting taken down because they don’t want any negative reviews. The units are nasty, no light and a lot of the units need repainting. I wish I could attach pictures to show proof. DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOUR A SLUM!
The worst place ever rat infested and have reported to the management but they don't care! Will be taking legal action against this establishment!! Will be posting videos and pictures once I'm done taking action..

The old genteman that walks around the property cleaning is aletas friendly.
The customer service lady that answered the kiosk call was super nice.
The property itself is gross. Units are filthy, ceiling inside the halls are falling apart, holes in walls, the units don't have lighting, you can absolutely tell a lot of them have been broken into.
More importantly.. they close at EIGHT 8PM. NOT 9PM.

I had my stuff there for one month or two and when I finally got my things out stiff was missing and how to get it back Noone could get me a number or anything and the they broke some of my frames such as my virgen of guadalupe frame I don't suggest this place for things unless u prefer them to disappear..

Not a great experience for us. All virtual help desk. You have to push a button and wait god knows how long for someone to get on the screen. Got forbid you have an issue here it’s hell even talking to some one and the unit you get online may not be the same when you get the key.

I’ve had a storage for 4 years never missed a payment and just got an email saying I moved out which was a stressful situation, obviously, but Ty and Tanya moved mountains and took care of the situation immediately!! Ty even took care of my storage for this month, which I didn’t expect at all, and I’m so appreciate! My stuff is fine and I couldn’t be happier to know my stuff is safe with people that care.

If your going to get a storage get a storage with atleast a human bystander at the register. trash service payed the month which is $60 cash and still got charged another $60 on my my card which they made autopay and they didn't want to help me they kepted telling me it was getting credited to my account but I have not seen a penny last time I get this storage I'm not going to be paying 120 for a box which I had already payed the monthly ya just be careful were ya put yalls money at

This is an unattended location. I believe you can rent a unit and pay here as well. Personally I pay online.
I put in a reservation for a unit and they gave it away. So instead of calling me and saying we gave your unit away like a professional would I didn't find out till I got there with all my stuff
