My experience was extremely great it was fast and quick and the why at the front is very helpful every time I come I totally forgot his name but I recommend this storage I have had bad experiences with storages dirty and stealing and I think so far this have been my best one 🙂

I had a wonderful experience at this Public Storage location thanks to Barbara and Kale. They were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. With just one call, they were ready to answer all my questions, explain everything, show me the property, and help me figure out what size unit would work best. I originally came in planning to rent a 10-by-16 unit, but after speaking with them, I chose a 10-by-20. They went out of their way to make sure I understood my options and felt confident that everything would fit. Barbara and Kale provided truly excellent customer service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and always smiling. They’re the reason I love this particular Public Storage location. Thank you both!

Mark is great

1. They are dirty, 2. They will keep raising your rent and then blame the state taxes for it. 3. They are infested in rats that is all in your stuff. And too many homeless hang around there around the entrance while you are trying to go in.and the staff is very rude

I went with my dad to get a small storage space for him to put some belongings in and the employee named Ben was amazing and helped us out & was very polite.

I recently had a very poor experience with Public Storage on N. Belt Line Rd in Irving, TX. The facility gate has been damaged for over a year. I decided to move on July 2, 2026 because the gate has not been fix and they increased the fees from $350 to $450. And they charged me the entire $450 when I moved out on July 2, 2026 for the month of July.

Climate control is very nice. Love it.

On June 16, 2026, we discovered that our storage unit had been broken into sometime between June 7 and June 16. When we arrived at our unit, the lock was missing, the unit had been ransacked, and nearly all of our belongings had been stolen. The only items left behind were a bed, sofa, computer table, and dresser. What is most concerning is that the property manager, Mark West, admitted that he had previously noticed our lock was missing but never contacted us to report it. Had we been notified immediately, we could have responded sooner and potentially prevented further losses. After discovering the break-in, we attempted to contact Mark West but received no answer. We then contacted the police and filed a police report. Only after the police had left did Mark return our call. During that conversation, he simply suggested that we file a claim through our renters insurance and did not acknowledge the seriousness of the situation or explain why we had never been notified that our lock was missing. After the break-in, we installed a new lock on our unit. The following day, we contacted Mark again and specifically asked why he had not called us when he noticed our original lock was gone. His response was vague, and he stated that he had maintenance waiting and would call us back later. This situation is especially troubling because the facility’s gate has reportedly been broken, and there is rarely anyone present on-site. We feel that the lack of security and supervision contributed to the theft. Additionally, when I spoke with District Manager Kayla Keely regarding the incident, I felt dismissed and unsupported. While explaining what had happened, I used some strong language out of frustration regarding the situation, not directed at her personally. She responded by telling me not to speak to her that way and stated that storing our belongings there was our risk. I found this response insensitive given the significant loss we had just experienced. Our unit was ultimately broken into twice, and at no point did management appear to take proactive steps to notify us, investigate the situation, or address the security concerns at the facility. We are extremely disappointed by the lack of communication, the broken security gate, and the overall response from management following this incident. We entrusted this facility with our belongings and expected reasonable communication and security measures. Instead, we were left to discover the theft ourselves after management had already noticed warning signs and failed to notify us. Given the circumstances, including management’s failure to notify us after observing that our lock was missing, the lack of adequate security measures, the broken gate, and the handling of this incident by facility staff, we are evaluating all available options to protect our interests. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, we will be contacting legal counsel to review the situation and determine what remedies may be available to us. We expect a thorough investigation into this incident, a written explanation regarding why we were not notified when our lock was discovered missing, and a response addressing the security concerns at the facility. We take this matter very seriously and intend to pursue all appropriate avenues to seek accountability for the losses we have suffered.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Public Storage. My fiancé and I have now had our belongings stolen TWICE from our unit, and the way this situation has been handled has been completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the facility’s security gate has been broken after someone reportedly ran through it, yet there appears to be little urgency to resolve the issue or improve security measures. For a business that is entrusted with customers’ personal property, this level of neglect is alarming. There is rarely anyone on site when problems occur, and the property manager’s response has essentially been that there is nothing that can be done. While we do carry insurance, that does not excuse the repeated security failures. We are not being notified when our locks are broken off or when our unit has been accessed. Instead, it feels as though these serious incidents are being brushed aside with no clear explanation, accountability, or plan to prevent them from happening again. Having your belongings stolen once is traumatic enough. Having it happen twice at the same facility is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. We continue to pay for a service that is supposed to provide a secure place for our property, yet we have experienced repeated thefts, inadequate communication, and no meaningful resolution. Kayla Kelly the district manager was very nasty and was not concerned with helping us. I am sharing our experience so others can make an informed decision before renting here. Based on what my fiancé and I have gone through, I would strongly caution anyone considering storing their belongings at this location.

This place has been nothing but a headache. I don’t usually leave reviews, but people need to know what they’re getting into. The staff is unorganized, communication is terrible, and it feels like they just don’t care about their customers once they get your money. I’ve dealt with several storage units before, and this one has been the worst experience by far. If you’re considering renting here, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Ever since the prior manager Becky left this place has gone down hill. I will be sending an email to the area manager and corporate about this particular place/location.

This is my experience with Public Storage parking in Irving, Texas. To start with, the manager treats the parking as a free-for-all. In her eyes, fire lanes and areas not designed for parking are Okay places to park if your space is taken. My space was taken on multiple occasions, and no action was taken. On two occasions, my property was damaged right before a camera. Again, the office manager would take no action. This establishment is also overrun with people living in the storage units this place is not safe

We just completed the rental of a 10 x 30 storage unit at this location on Beltline Road in Irving, TX. The only reason we pull the trigger to rent this unit despite the monthly rate which we considered a bit high is because of your General Manager, Chasity Lopez and her entertaining daughter. We spoke and visited other storage unit merchants throughout Irving, TX the last two days. We were extremely unhappy with the customer service and how we were greeted at each merchant in the area. Being courteous and polite to prospective customers is a lost cause today. Chasity was different from the very first phone conversation as well as when we arrived at this location. She welcomed and acknowledged our presence as well as to everyone that came into this location. After our initial exchange, I let her know she was different then everyone else in this industry and she seemed surprised. We were willing to pay more and rent this storage unit because of her professionalism. Thank you, Chasity and your daughter for making us feel welcome.

I've been running a storage here from over a year. I do like the people in the office. But the place has gotten kind of nasty people are there all night kind of weird. Other than that the gates are broken a lot. I don't like the fact that people can come in when they want and not have to use a code.

Won a storage unit.I made arrangements to pick up with Chasity a employee. I took off a day of work to accommodate that you could only pick up during office hours. The day before our prearranged day, I get a text stating that my storage was voided due to non pick up.I called to find out Chastity had forgotten we made arrangments. So I am out a days work and the fees paid to lockerfox So no I don't recommend this facility.

this place doesn’t even deserve one star. A big white leather chair was missing out of the unit. They change the locks because they changed the doors b4 this happened.. WHY??? No security footage … it had been deleted two weeks after the doors were changed….🙃How convenient🙄 I recommend do not store anything in this place..they’re probably ripping off other storage units as well and of course there’s no security footage to prove anything find another storage area..
