This location at 8430 Gulf Freeway is great because of the staff and people who work there. I had an issue in which I had fallen behind on a payment. I was contacted by Ms. Latoya who guided me back on track and provided me with very helpful information on moving forward. While I am not a fan of the annual or bi-annual payment increases by Public Storage, I am very appreciative of Latoya and the service provided by this awesome team. Always have been!

Best service we have had today. We have used Public Storage for years but today was outstanding. Craig had three clients and knew how to manage helping all three of us customers. Mr.Craig was polite and patient. I give 5 stars because of him. The unit was clean and years before it was not we had to sweep and mop it ourselves.
Craig was professional, efficient and very resourceful. I'm was very impressed.

I have had a storage here for many years. Staff are friendly and it's always clean. Only thing I don't like are the hours. I believe it was after covid when they changed.

Great prices and good security. I like that the staff knows your name! I've stored with them for a year now and I am satisfied with the facility - being able to have a storage on the 2nd floor is great during Houston's flooding!

3 weeks prior, 53 units were burglarized!
The worker was very helpful and knowledgeable about making sure he served me in a timely and fashionable way.
The front desk employee Cesar was incredibly helpful in helping me find the best suitable storage. Even granted me a tour.
