Wow! You can't give them zero stars. I have only ever used this place for a month at a time to move. My boyfriend had his identity stolen because someone went through his things. They stole priceless family heirlooms. His whole world was invaded. The lady behind the counter was rude and awful. This place is terrible. Do not ever ever ever use this place

Feels like a bait-and-switch. When I got the space, I had gate access from 6:30am-9pm, so I could easily swing by outside my work hours. But then they cut back hours drastically without advance notice, opening at 9:30 am and closing back up at 6pm, so good luck accessing your space if you have a day-job.

The people who work here are very polite and patient. Justin has always been a cool guy. I don't have to wait forever to pay a bill or grab a cart if I need. The guys here have a good attitude and everytime I've been here they helped with everything I need to know or get. Justin your a Ninja

I had a unit at PS off of 1ST IN Burien and it was broken into by another person who's Mom had a storage unit 2 doors down from mine, in the same hallway. police where called filled out police report. All of my daughters Brand new Clothes and Diapers where stolen, TV,COMPUTER AND my Moms Jewelry (not real stuff, but special to me since she had passed away) they seen the person come out to her car with my TV probably she put the rest of the stuff in her mons unit. ANYWAY Because I didn't have the lock that they cut to give to the insurance company. they would not accept my insurance claim.Even with a video if the person and a police report they denied my claim. They are no different then the person who stole my stuff. Both Robbed me. Moved locations to down the street still on first by Fred Meyers same thing happened. My unit was broken into. Thank God I only had Holiday stuff in the unit. they took minimal amounts of stuff. Didn't even bother with a claim. Very Disappointing. This place is Disappointing. The person at the second place by Fred Meyers was very nice. that's the only thing worth the 2 stars

Booked an outdoor unit online. Showed up to an indoor. Called, they switched me to an outdoor. Unit didn’t exist. Called back. After an hour, was switched to another unit. Stayed on the phone while we checked if it existed. Didn’t exist. Will cancel and probably get charged. Wasted moving vehicle time. Most incompetent experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.

No star, they can't answer and not responsible for any lost of your belongings. My stuff got stolen before the weekend and the district manager is not available since it was the weekend. Even though I asked for emergency, they ignored my request. The burien surrounding area where I used public storage n now trying to pull out all my stuff from the storage. Sorry, I can't post without putting a star which they don't deserved.

Dennis the onsite manager is completely awesome he has excellent customer service skills. The way that he interacts with the guests would be one reason to choose this storage unit facility. But the reason that I gave the place 3 stars is because there is an odor in the storage unit that is so strong and such an horrendous odor said it makes you think that you your items will start smelling like it as well. I also found another storage unit place that had no odor, was heated, and was less expensive for the same size unit.

unit got broke into has to be inside job no thief puts a lock back on a unit!! brand new in shipping box still very heavy bedroom furniture, flat screen all my art even boxes marked Bathroom! ! majority of all my belongings of value. didnt offer a new unit at all no one should be on property after closing PERIOD camera's dont even work oh and NONE INSIDE! and the insurance is a rip off after your deductible and them taking wear and tear on your belongings even on brand new in shipping boxes!! get the highest amount! did i mention every 6 mths my rental amount increases smh!!

Excellent! There was an issue with our first unit but Dennis got it switched and with no hassle. No company is perfect, all that matters to us is that they make it right and PS Burien certainly did. Dennis even called to make sure things were going well with the new unit!

Mostly good staff. One lazy woman employed here. Halls will stay messy for days when she's in office and doing roves. Also made my partner clean up other people's mess on the other end of the hall from our unit because it "looked like" it was ours. Not okay. Won't go out of my way to recommend to friends after that.

Dennis is wonderful. Very informational and smiled throughout my entire process.

Dennis and Linda were extremely helpful about telling us what we needed to clear out the storage unit of my friend and ex-husband. He dropped dead and we weren't sure if we had a key to the lock. Linda told us what the key looked like and if we didn't have it that they had someone coming in the next day who could cut off the lock. Dennis helped my sister -in- law with the paperwork needed to get access to the unit. It took us 2 days to clean it out. Linda had brooms available, suggestions of restaurants in the area for lunch, how long it took to catch a ferry at to Vashon and Southworth and came out to cheer us on several times. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Dennis and his staff are great at what they do. I don't think you can tell the true quality of customer service until a problem happens. There was a problem in the unit that I signed up to rent, they were honest and we found another unit for me. When yet another small problem came ( problems seem to follow me somedays) they were quick to fix. Honest, friendly, patient and thorough what more can you ask for. And they do it all with a smile.

I just recently got a storage unit for temporary storage of some furniture some friends are giving me. I called the company got a unit reserved. Within minutes the property manager called to confirm and we set a time to go over paper work. At the office they showed me the unit and when I decided it may not be large enough, they quickly selected a larger unit. After that they drew up the paper work and provided me a code. He knew the ins and outs very well and understood my needs. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. When I move the furniture into the house I am buying I will review again with my experience at the end of my use.

THANK YOU!!!! You are appreciated more than you know or are told. I've been with other Public storage facilities, but you make this one by far the BEST.

I rented from this facility a few weeks ago. Denny, the storage manager on site, was incredibly helpful in facilitating my storage needs. The space is perfect for what I need, I feel that I can ask for any help that's available on site. I have had other public storage in the past, but this one is definitely the best price and service out there in Burien. I highly recommend it.

This is the first storage unit that my husband and I have rented. Dennis explained the Public Storage system to us and he found the right sized unit for us very quickly and efficiently. The facility is clean and secure. We feel comfortable keeping our belongings there.

The property and units are kept clean and orderly. Dennis does a great job of keeping an eye on who comes and goes, which makes me feel very comfortable about the security of my belongings. I wasn't expecting much, based on past experiences with storage facilities. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find well-lit, very clean units, overseen by a friendly, knowledgeable manager. Dennis never failed to remember me and my unit number whenever I was there, and was always very helpful and courteous. I have moved to another town, but if I am ever back in this area, I would certainly go to this facility again for my storage needs.

A place to store your stuff is easy to find, but having the right people who CARE about you and your stuff is almost non existant. Dennis remembers my name, knows where my unit is, and always takes time to make contact when he sees me and has time. I cant say enough good things about his personable approach and how much I appreciate him. We should all enjoy what we do as much as he does. He makes this location a success.....

Dennis is the manager there and he is always friendly and helpful. I forgot to lock my lock properly and he took the time to call me and let me know so I could relock it. Which tells me he cares about his customers and his property by keeping an eye on it. I feel good knowing he is in charge there. Thank you so much.
