Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 14034 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA

Had a storage unit here for years at one point came to my storage unit and it had a lock on. I went to the managers office to find out that my storage unit had been broken into three months prior as well as several other storage units and no one felt the need to call me by this time, it was too late to make a claim and to make a claim with the insurance that you buy through the storage unit is a joke, you have to know what you had in the unit which I’m sorry if you have a storage unit, you hardly know what was in the boxes and no you do not have receipts for it is a waste of time and money. When I brought these problems to the management, sorry so called management. I was giving a blank stare and no help at all. I was not offered a refund a free months rent or anything. I guess a blank stare is worth 1000 words and with this being said it seem like every six months my fees went up. They are the most expensive storage unit place of anywhere in Burien so make sure you look around and please do not use this place they are really shady. I have also come to need a storage unit again and have from that this place is 4times more expensive then others in the area!!! Call around people!!!!

That was not happy at all here. Our of operation doesn't give anybody anytime to get there stuff in and out of a storage unit. And when I first signed up your name and show me my unit, I had to find it myself

Easy sign up, love the gate code app, friendly staff, my only complaint is they close way too early! 5pm come on I don't have time after work to even make it to my unit.

OP After being contacted by the district manager who informed me very politely with understanding and viable solutions to my issues I would without a doubt use this facility even though it is father away these awesome people would make it worth while

Girl at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and did her best to check me in quick regardless of being short-staffed. I got a promotion of one month free and everything worked out well. Thank again!

Wow! You can't give them zero stars. I have only ever used this place for a month at a time to move. My boyfriend had his identity stolen because someone went through his things. They stole priceless family heirlooms. His whole world was invaded. The lady behind the counter was rude and awful. This place is terrible. Do not ever ever ever use this place
