Reggie was beyond unprofessional. He hung up my call after not answering my question upon calling back he claimed that he was at the call center saying there was 180 employee we couldn’t have possibly talked to him. Corporate confirmed that Reggie was in fact at this location in person.

Laura is the BEST! A real asset to this company. Helpful, courteous and always cheerful and positive! Sad that she’s going to another facility. She will be missed ☹️

Gate access is closed at 6pm which makes it almost impossible to visit my storage since I work during storage access hours. Please extend access to 9pm like all other storage.

When I moved into the space I was told the rates would drop and I could move to a larger unit for a better price. I was naive to believe that. They jacked my rates up for a unit that was well under par. My stuff was there for less than a year and there was bugs everywhere. Which I should have expected being that there was a vent which led directly to the outdoors that was taped off with cardboard. By the time I pulled my belongings out there was literally ivy vines growing into my furniture and dirt along with them.

I recently vacated my storage. I couldn’t fit in two items in my car. Navia in the office was so helpful in storing it for me in their space so I wouldn’t be charged for September. She even took them herself from my spot to their unit. When I came back the next day she loaded the item in my car and did the same thing the following day. She is awesome! I wish I had taken a photo of that big chair that she was able to fit in my mini SUV.

Every employee here that I talked to was extremely helpful and friendly! Navia was very helpful and does an amazing job keeping the facility clean and organized!

Tequila was really nice and had great customer service. She made everything so easy and talked me through step by step making me feel comfortable and like family!

The staff is friendly and helpful enough but they keep raising the rates and don't give you a buffer if you are a day or two late. My real problem with this place is that it is not secure. We rented a very large unit but stil had some overflow so we took a smaller unit that was inside the building. A week after we moved our stuff in someone broke into our unit and took anything of value. They just pried the lock off the door and moved whatever they wanted from our unit to thiers. There are no cameras and there was no way to tell who the culprit was. We called the police and they took a report and said they would investigate but they were doubtful they would find our stuff. Public storage did nothing. They replaced the lock. No reimbursement no discount on our other unit, nothing. They said "sorry, nothing we can do about it." The outside units seem secure but DON'T put your stuff in any of the units inside. In fact, just find someplace else to store your stuff.

I came into this public Storage very discouraged with the fact all the units all outside. Actually I guess most of them are and I had just visited 2 other stores and was not too happy with them; BUT when I walked in this store I was greeted so nicely by Pamela. I told her I was afraid of bugs from outside but she assured me the place was clean and even though I didn’t rent I plan to because I need a space and it’s in the area

The facility is well maintained and kept clean. Good security. The staff is fantastic - always friendly and cheerful. They made sure I got the best rate possible. The corporate signup process was less than stellar, though. The light fixture in my unit does not work, and there seems to be no intention of repairing it. Overall, it is working out very well.

Place is haunted. I used to live in the house above the main office as a kid back around 2009 or so. Vivid night terrors, cold spots, and full body apparitions of one of the old tenants who died there. Also got made fun of for "living at public storage." I wish I could say good times. But no.

Went to help load up a friend the front desk lady was short tempered and had attitude with me and my friends. She locked the door as soon as I fully loaded the truck and left the office. I had to use the restroom and couldnt because she keft the office.

Some of the nicest customer service I've had. With some of the situations people coming here are bound to be in, that helps a lot. The unit I rented out smelled okay, no mold that I could see or anything. One thing is of you want to save a little money, bring your own lock.

I came by this location to take a look at storage units to give me an idea what size unit I would need. Philip was very helpful and knowledgeable....he has a great sense of humor and I believe he deserves a raise😊I will be back to rent a unit once I decide what my real plans are.

Better prices than the competition in the area and helpful, friendly staff. The facility is a bit older and locks down earlier than other facilities but it seems to be very well maintained and secured. All in all I feel comfortable storing stuff here and that means the most to me. Would certainly recommend checking them out.

The staff at the location at 10636 SE 174th Street in Renton, Washington were very accommodating and friendly. Linda was the one that assisted me, but who coworker was also wonderful. When we got there, we realized the size of the storage unit we got was too small and they were so nice and offered a larger size with no issues. We really appreciated that as we had just moved to Seattle from the east coast and we were exhausted from traveling for a week. Our experience was great and we really appreciate all their help!

The biggest reason why I would rent there again is Laura. I dealt with two different women, both are outstanding but I interacted more so with a slender statuesque women. Hope that I got her name right, please don't be offended by that, it's just my bad memory retention for people's names. I feel she should be a model for professionalism, the rest is self explanatory. Thank you so much for making this part easier, in series of tough situations. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is prices of the unit. I am pretty sure there would be a lot of reasons why that is, from the corporate level, but don't get me started on that. After all is said, I would still recommend this facility!

I was told that I would have a "7'x10' Unit (75 Sq. Ft.)* Inside unit/1st Floor" and it would be 50% off the first month. They called me on the day that I was suppose to sing my papers and told me they don't have anything available. they said that they have a 10x10 but they can't give me the 50% off the first month on that unit! I don't know what the point of a reservation is at this place! I would caution anyone from getting a reservation from this company!

I recently rented a 10x20 space while moving. Their service was stellar, and the units are in great condition. Not to mention, they had the lowest cost by a substantial margin over other storage locations in the area. The best feature is the drive up ability to the unit. No elevators or corridors.

Laura introduced herself which is uncommon nowadays and shows her good customer level skill. I was also given a tour of the facility and did not wait long to sign the contract and set up my payments. she answered all my questions and was very attentive to meet my customer needs. Although the facility may not be the most modern or have state of the art security, it is reasonably priced, convenient to access, and the customer service is outstanding. Laura should be teaching classes on how to treat a customer!

friendly staff, but have increased the rent 4 times in almost 5 years, have checked around and can get a unit for less elsewhere, renter beware !!!

I have been with public storage for many years and I have alway had a friendly relationship with the front office. I would like to express how much I like the staff that is there now. Laura is alway so pleasant and has a postive attuide. She is alway in the office when I call and is alway happy to see me. Over the last few months there has been a new guy named Jay he is so nice and very helpful. One night I had to get into my storgage to get someting and I was a little scard to go in at night, so I called the office and Jay answered I told him my situation and he said no problem I will be happy to go into storgage with you. What a releif!! I just want corporate to know that Jay and Laura are outstanding and very friendly. They make you feel welcomed when ever I have come in to pay my bill. I trust that the items that I have storged are safe and they will make sure the site is safe and clean. I think Jay and Laura make a great team for that property. I came into Public storage and Laura and Jay were very helpful...great team...they were informative and very knowledgeable about what they had and how big a unit I needed just by telling them how and what I have in my household...very professional and courteous...I enjoyed going and looking around...the grounds were clean...Thank you to Laura and Jay. for all the help they have given me..I will be letting friends and family know where to go if they want efficient, courteous and knowledgeable ppl who are willing to go above and beyond to help you.
