I told management I would leave an honest review so here is my new update. Our experience renting here wasn’t great. From the day we got our storage unit we were told the light did not work. By the time we got a new unit elsewhere it did not work and we were told it was “last priority. Also the unit was an odd shape due to a second welded door, so the unit was actually not the size listed. You lose significant space where that door was placed. The unit was also infested with massive spider nests the size of a small dog bed and stink bugs were thriving in the unit. Almost every other day, Charisse had some sort of misunderstanding from assuming things she thought she saw in the cameras so we left a review about being micromanaged and management was quick to get a hold of me. At first management agreed that the light was an issue. They told us that they would take $50 off our next bill. They asked that I take my review down but like I told them, I was going to edit it, but I would be leaving an honest review. They only took off $25 and avoided our call. We got no call back and when we decided to move Charisse came up to us to tell us that they had somehow lost the number we have been communicating through. I have zero time to raise grown adults. And I have zero tolerance for extortion especially extorting us for a review. The final straw was the email they sent the day we decided to move storages. They couldn’t contact us back for our agreement, or call back after we left voicemails but they were quick to email us saying that they were raising the price on the unit for no reason with less than a months notice. We didn’t need any of this negativity from a storage unit that’s dangerously falling apart and always getting trashed going into the new year. We found a unit twice the size and height with not only a light but electricity for less than we paid here. It is very overpriced and there is constantly police and crimes happening right outside. The gate had endless issues and the app only gives us issues at this location.

We chose this public storage facility to store our entire apartment during a moving transition, trusting it based on its reviews. However, the experience turned out to be an absolute nightmare. When we were ready to move into our new place, we discovered rat droppings, urine, and extensive damage to many of our belongings. Our couch, dining chairs, and numerous personal items were either chewed up, or covered in feces/urine. It was heartbreaking. We removed whatever we could salvage the same night out of fear of losing more. I called the facility on Wednesday evening to report the situation and didn’t receive a response until Friday. While the customer service agent or manager(not sure) was polite, the solution offered—using a small trash bin on site(only if they fit) to dispose of our ruined items—was inadequate and left us feeling unsupported. The facility’s insurance policy was another letdown, as it only covered up to $250 for any damage caused by “vermin’s” with a $100 deductible. This barely made a dent in our losses especially with losing a $1,500 couch. (I added some screenshots from videos sent to insurance.) We ended up hiring our own junk removal service to dispose of the damaged items, costing us $300 out of pocket—better than the $750 fee the facility said they’d charge. Still, it added insult to injury. What’s worse, after speaking with two other tenants, we learned they’ve experienced similar rodent issues and damage to their belongings. This experience was extremely disappointing and costly. If I had seen honest reviews about these problems, we would have gone elsewhere. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I hope this helps others avoid the heartache and frustration we went through. Think twice before storing your belongings here!

Fantastic customer service from Chariesse! I always see her out and about doing something to make the place cleaner and well kept.

I was taking over a family member’s unit and needed to downsize. Moving units and estimating size requirements was intimidating enough for me to ignore it for a few months. My intimidation was unnecessary, as I learned after calling the Public Storage office for this location. Chariesse was truly helpful. She eyed my previous storage unit and items and set me up with a new, more appropriate unit in about 20 minutes. Awesome service, and to top in off, this was all on Easter Sunday. The facility itself is nice and secure, but as with most purchasing decisions I make, it comes down to the people.

Chariesse and her supervisor were super nice and were able to walk us through the entire process. They were very attentive and patient. Nice service!

Yesterday I arrived to this facility at around 1pm for my check in and the office was closed despite business hours being 9:30 - 6pm according to the website, corporate and their phone customer service reps. I went to another public storage to be checked in, came back, unloaded my furniture and was done around 5pm. Still there was no one at the office.

Decent storage facility. My only complaint is the access hours! You can only have access to your storage unit until 9pm. I would think that with how long public storage has been around that they would have extended their hours, to a later time, by now to accommodate more people’s schedules.

One of the best public storage I have used Teuila is one of the best manger too thanks for your kindness and help Teuila.

But more importantly, they were quick to resolve the issues I was having. Came in to make a payment, and Nolie Estrava was very helpful and quick to assist me at store 26805. It was very pleasant to see a business like this taking the extra mile to make it's customers feel at home.

Unsafe. Had my unit broken into twice in less than six months! Told it “seldom has happened” zero processes or protocols in place by management to rectify, appease or or manage on behalf of the customer. And they still charged me full rent?? No idea what I’m paying to store..: the junk they left behind? Once I get my remaining belongings out - I will never use a Public Storage brand company again.

UPDATE: District manager called us to "make things right", gave no reasoning or insight into how this could have happened, and offered us a $150 refund for one month rent (that never came). Seriously, go elsewhere. Would strongly discourage using this facility. Our storage unit was broken into and we had many valuables stolen. No one ever informed us there had been a break in and we only found out when we opened the unit. When we told management what happened she pretended to be shocked and told us that they would go through all of the security footage, only to tell us later that the cameras were off during the time of the break-in?? That seems like something you’d remember or reach out to your renters about. It honestly felt like it was in inside job with the management there. They were shady about details of the break-in, didn’t inform us that there was a break-in, and were not helpful at all after we found out. Save your money and your possessions and rent from somewhere else. SUPER SHADY.

I would recommend the facilities and great location and the ladies who work in the office Teuila and Shelby , thank you for always taking great care of customers and specially when I have questions or any concern you always there and available to help me out . Five star to you !!!

Super clean and respectable place. Actually get good safe vibes from the place. A little higher priced than the other places in town but you get it back in overall, accessibility, value and piece of mind. I recommend this facility to everyone if they are able to afford a little bit more than the cheap guys.

She was patient with me and all of my questions and offered to show me the size of the unit prior to agreeing to it to make sure it fit all of my needs. When I initially signed-up for my storage unit , I didn’t realize how terribly easy it would be , they have an online process that’s a no brainer , software is outstanding, Bluetooth access from your cellphone upon entry . How convenient is that . Very informative and friendly customer service rep Teuila made even better with things I should know and giving me directions to my unit . I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a storage. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

Good price, nice location (right next to the freeway yet tucked away from view and easy access) friendly service - Tess obviously takes pride in her job here and she always remembers my name. The only thing I wish different would be the hours of accessibility, though it is quite difficult to find a 24 hour storage facility and I believe it may have something to do with corporate decisions beyond their control. Updated Review: I'll leave this at 4 stars because some of the staff on site is great but the company could be better. Teuila was friendly and helpful and she earned 5 stars from me but corporate gets 2.5. In the time I've had a unit here the company has raised the price multiple times (enough for me to have lost count). One time they ever raised the price by ~$65 (without notice), then sent me an notice saying "We've lowered your price (by ~$20), you're welcome!" So they quietly raised it by $65, then lowered it by $20 and played it off like they were giving me a deal, kind of shady. It also takes a while for them to schedule services. There's no light in my current unit, my last one didn't have a light either and it had a faulty door that was a hazard. It was hard to open and almost fell on me a few times. After several months and multiple requests they finally fixed the door.

Able to get in & out without much difficulty.

Very unhappy with the service I received today. I bid on a unit that was up for auction, and immediately after getting off of work, I wasted 45 minutes in traffic trying to get here before they closed at 6pm. When I realized it would probably be within 5 minutes of closing before I reached their location, I called Public Storage. There is no local # to reach an actual person at this location, so when I called the listed # the customer service representative assured me I would be able to make the payment I was required to make in order to secure the unit I bid on, even if it was within a couple minutes of closing. Of course when I finally arrived about 4 minutes before closing, the gentleman working behind the counter, told me it would take way too long, and said he wouldn't do anything to help tonite. He told me to just come back tomorrow morning,; and was extremely rude about it. When a unit is won through auction, 48 hours is all the time you are allowed to clean it out completely or lose your deposit; and that is time that I no longer have available in order to fulfill my obligation. The rude and dismissive way I was treated, as well as the misinformation I was given by the customer service rep was surprising to say the least.

Easy to reserve a unit online and get an access code. No hassle auto-pay every month. Property manager were very helpful when we moved out to insure everything was okay.

I had a little trouble with setting up the auto-pay on my account. Nolie Estrada was the manager at the unit that day and was very instrumental in helping me set up the auto-pay. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with in solving this problem.
