After having a bad experience, customer service was kind and professional and has offered compensation to cover any issue.
Pleasantly surprised with the customer service, mainly Justin.. They addressed my concerns almost immediately as to ensure my rental experience would be a positive one. The only thing I might suggest is making sure the hours that you can gain entrance work for you as this location tends to close earlier than other ones. Also, it is nice that they will provide a lock for you as well.
Robin is amazing! When we decided to reduce our unit from 10x20 I went on line and reserved a 10x10. Immediately we were contacted by Robin to complete our new contract. She called and followed up with a text with what exactly we needed to do. When we got there the next day she was there to greet us and then checked on us as we moved our stuff. She took care of closing out our old unit immediately and then helped us leave (because the gate wouldn’t open since our new contract negated the code). We’ve been using this location for the past 5 years and have been happy with their customer service. Thanks again Robin for your excellent help!!!

Enjoy everything but the closing time 6pm is not OK most people get off work late and just can't make it. This is the reason I am moving.
Katie was incredibly helpful to work with. Ome of my locks keys broke while in the lock, and she fished out the broken section so we could get into our locker without a locksmith! She was always very courteous and helpful to work with :)

It's located on a hill and there is no parking. It was a little bit challenging to drive in, but it was the cheapest storage facility I could find. It worked fine.
The place has ample storage units, is well maintained and orderly. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon but has funky hours - and the layout is such that if you use a U haul sized truck, it can block ones ability to leave causing people to back up to find another way out.
The leady the one she worked on Thursday 10/26/2023 She did everything she could to solve my problem and finally solved it. She is above and beyond.

The 10*10*10 storage unit fit pretty much everything we had in a 2 bd apartment while we waited to move. It's one of the larger storage places I've seen. They have a good amount of storage units. Staff is pretty chill. Units seem to be well kept. The main entrance is a little tricky if you're in a large vehicle but other than that, no complaints.
