Tina was very helpful in getting my space rented online to get a deal. Any questions I had she was able to answer right away. Tina is very friendly and professional and very helpful! Update 5/7/24: if you bring your own lock and told that corporate will give you a refund just know that apparently it take 6-8 weeks or more for the check to come in the mail. I have been told different things from corporate from Public Storage doesn’t issue checks to it take 2 months. I have called corporate twice where one person said he would call me back but never did, my mom has even helped me because the frustration has been so ridiculous. I even filled out a survey that said about this problem and added I want to be called and haven’t. Just a heads up. Update 7/2/24: my refund check came in 6/14/24. It was mailed out in June too (so it took them a month to get the actual check in the mail. More than a month to be mailed. I fixed my rating to 4 stars due to Tina has been a good person in helping me in all of this.

I had reserved a storage unit with this company, and unfortunately did not move in. During the whole process, the manager Tina was very friendly, understanding, helpful, and just an overall pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this location just for the staff alone.

I wish there were a zero star option. It took 10 months and weekly phone calls for them to refund an overage paid after I moved out. Their transition from buying the original company out was atrocious! I've been given numbers to people who don't exist. A horrible business to work with.

She eagerly went out of her way to assist me in setting up my online reservation and helping me get the best price possible. A great example of what customer service should be!

I left a voicemail concerning an overpayment on my account. I had forgotten auto-pay was setup! Linda promptly attempted to remedy the situation and contacted me concerning it. She gave me the Customer Service number to have it resolved. She was unable to remedy at the time. Tanisha, Customer Service, was able to return my funds back to my card. It was a pleasure speaking with Linda! She was very friendly and outgoing! Had me laughing this morning! I’m thankful she immediately attempted to resolve my issue! Excellent customer service!

They dont ever answer the phone

Today September 10,2023 I was at my storage unit and locked my keys in my storage unit with my car keys and my keys for my lock inside. The office was open , so I walked to the office and asked them did they have bolt cutters. The lady at the desk told me they don’t carry things like that here . I just find that hard to believe because if I didn’t pay my bill they would definitely cut my lock. So I had to Uber to Lowe’s get the lock and cutters and come back to my storage to cut the lock off. The whole process took me an hour to do In the future I would ask Public storage have bolt cutters in office it’s the least you can do when I am pay 213 dollars a month in storage !! I really wish I could stop payment on my unit and have them had came of here an lock the lock for me and then just paid it once they got here..

If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would but I can't. My mother has had a storage unit here for a long time. She lives out of state and so do I. My mother had a massive stroke and I have taken over her finances. I along with 2 other family members have been calling and leaving messages for 1 month now trying to pay the bill and Mooney answers the phone or returns calls back. I'm really concerned now for my mother's belongings. Based off of other reviews here, I'm not even sure if making the 12 hour drive over to pay the bill would be helpful since people aren't even in the office. Tomorrow I plan to call the police I guess and do a welfare check 🤷‍♀️ idk what else to do?

First time visiting since public storage took over. What a big change, very nice and Tina was the best, if you visit public storage please visit Tina you’ll love her

Saturday's the office is supposed to close at 2 p.m. we got there at 1:35p.m. and nobody was there in the office. Terrible customer service you can't get them on the phone during normal weekday business hours.

Get a guest wifi for your customers so that they can use the U-Haul.
