I have stuff stored out of state (changed jobs suddenly), but was glad to find I could drop my payment in any Public Storage slot anywhere, and as long as they have my account number, they can process it. Means I don't have to worry about the post office getting it there on time as well as saving me a stamp. The management at this location (Brian sp?) not only confirmed my payment immediately, but got me a reduced rate for a while!

He has gone above and beyond to help me downsize from a unit our family has had at this location for many years. He is extraordinarily helpful, available to answer questions and concerns and kind enough to lend a hand. The location currently is clean, carts are easily available and the app works perfectly. I was dreading dealing with this transition but Sebastian has made all of it feel possible. I applaud his extra efforts and dedication to excellent service. I am grateful for the help and the “no problem” attitude. My family cannot thank him enough. Public Storage is fortunate to have him.

I dropped into Public Storage to buy a medium box just before closing time and I met Sebastian.After having such positive experience, I had to come write a review about the outstanding customer service this young man gave me today. I had a large heavy item that required a box Sebastian packed the box and taped it up for me and loaded this heavy item into my car after ensure it was completed taped secure because I was shipping it. I didn’t even have to ask for his assistance he offered to help with no hesitation. He was so friendly, kind and professional. I can’t say enough good things about Sebastian he went above and beyond to give a helpful hand to a stranger this young man should be recognized for his high level of customer service… if Sebastian is assisting you I can guarantee 100% you will get first class service.
