Abbi at Public Storage in Lehi was super helpful. She helped me find a unit that I could access easily and was the right dimensions for what I needed to store. She walked me through the whole process and made sure I had what I needed. The facility is clean and feels safe. And I know the items that I’m storing will be free from any damage. I also used the kiosk and that was easy to use as well, and I had a live person helping me. This was a great experience!

People at this storage unit are wonderful and awesome Public storage itself is terrible they say lock in your rate show you a low rate you start paying rent and a couple months later rent for a 10x10 is almost 325 dollars that's ridiculous paying that much better come with a security guard sitting outside of my unit ridiculous

I've been looking to move within the year and need to put my stuff in a secure place. The property manager Abbey was delightful in helping me through the process. She was knowledgeable and walked me through what size would be best and what offers they currently had.

I rented at this storage unit for about 1 month and had a great experience. Easy access, clean, professional staff. When I was leaving, I met their staff member, Abbi, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. And when I needed detailed receipts, they were more than willing to accomodate.

Abbi was super friendly and helpful during our visit. She came through with a cleaning cart which tells me that the units are maintained on a frequent basis. The area was well maintained, tidy and clean. These units are climate controlled so it’s always great to move items to and from your unit without becoming too cold or hot.

I always read reviews before doing business with a company. I honestly had to laugh at the bad reviews. Did none of these people read the contract to understand what they were signing? I had a few questions and they answered them before I signed. Abbi was very upfront and helpful. If you're signing a contract READ IT!

Don't rent from them. When you sign up, they tell you one price but by the time you are done there are 3 other prices added on. Very dishonest and sleazy sales process. JUST BE UP FRONT WITH PEOPLE!!!! Update: after four months of being with public Storage now that all my stuff is in the unit, they raised my rates 25%. Please save yourself the headache and rent from a company that doesn’t treat you like comcast. Update: App works 50% of the time. Customer service is horrible. I have left at least 5 to 10 messages about the manager and have never received a call back from her. Also snow removal is horrible on site and cant even get to my storage unit.

I moved out of Unit 317 to 314. The Lehi office was unable to help me. However Tami at the Riverton office was so helpful she was able to assist me is a timely manner and also let me know that if in 30 day I return my old locks I could get a refund. If you need assistance go see Tami at the Riverton Public Storage she is awesome.

I would store here again. Abbi was knowledgeable and helpful. Rates over time could be a little better.

Great place to store. It is very easy to complete rental here they give options of doing it online or by kiosk so you can sit at home and complete the whole rental in comfort

The salesman lied to me and said it would only be $65 a month for rent for as long as I was using their services , but after 90 days they increased it to $105! But, I’d like to give the property manager Abby and Dillan both 5 stars for their awesome help!

We went to clean and reorganize our unit and Abbi welcomed us very kindly and offered any assistance we needed. The storage was very clean. Abbi was very courteous and friendly.

Beware of hidden charges! I was charged for an extra month because I left the lock inside the unit instead of dropping it off with the keys. Despite explaining that I returned the keys as required, they refused to refund me for the additional month. It feels like they're finding any excuse to keep charging customers. Really disappointing experience. They called and harassed me 6 times over the time I had the unit and when I went to cancel they called and begged me not to. Obviously I still did because I didn't need the space and they still found a way to bill me. Disgusting. Predatory. Store your stuff anywhere else if you like your money. Oh, also, this doesn't have 24/7 access, and the lock deposit fee and insurance and all that is absolutely a bait n switch compared to the advertised rates. BUYER BEWARE. Also, they chain raise the rates over and over again as soon as you move in your stuff. Your costs may double, or triple, or more... read more reviews, many people have complained of ballooning prices, not just me.

For a storage units price to increase just after a few months from 142 to 192 is outrageous to me. Life is not cheap! Do they ever approve a rent decrease request? I asked if we could pay a prorated amount for November because we have help to get all our things out November 1st. But they let me know we would be charged for the whole month whether we were out of there first thing in the AM hours or not! Yes it's a nice facility but all the extra costs, not just a little rent increase but over 40 dollars! I wish I would of read all the reviews first, NOT impressed 😕

Abbi is very helpful. The app wasn’t working for me and she helped me troubleshoot it and get it going again. The facility is pristine. They raise prices a couple times a year with very minimal notice. Not cool.

9-25 update: the company proactively applied a price decrease on my account for three months. Because of that, I changed it from a 1 star to 3 star rating. As I originally mentioned, the facility is very nice. I just don't like when companies feel that can raise and raise their costs whenever, and as often as they want to. Orig review: The facility itself is very nice. The app to gain access seems to work about 95% of the time, and the units are nice and clean. The one time we needed someone (during business hours) the office door was locked and no one was there. What drives the lower rating is their price gouging. You get quoted one price during sign up, but as you are signing the docs, you find out there's an extra $29 admin fee, a $50 lock deposit fee (that I'm hoping I'll actually get back), and a required $15 monthly insurance fee. Then, five months into our rental agreement, they raised our base monthly rental price a whopping 42%, going from $136 to $193 per month. And that is not from some promotional period that ended. Reading other reviews it looks like a big price hike every 5-6 months is common practice for these guys. If you are looking for short term storage (less than 3-4 months), this is a good place. If you need something longer than that, look elsewhere or be prepared for your costs to quickly skyrocket.

I cannot recommend Public Storage. We were original tenants (prior to the acquisition of this location by Public Storage), having moved in just weeks after they opened. Initially they had great on-site staff, reasonable prices, and an interest in trying to improve the property. When Public Storage took over, we were initially excited to see additional improvements to the facility. However, over the years Public Storage has continued to take away those great services, all the while jacking up prices to ridiculous levels. The last straw was a rate increase to $424/mo for a 10x15 unit! This is more than double (almost triple) the rate of competing storage spaces within 5 miles of this property. Every 6 months or so they seemed to be raising rates. On top of that, they completely removed the on-site staff. They have replaced the staff counter with a video kiosk where you are supposed to self-serve your needs. If you run into an issue and need to talk to a person, the kiosk will connect you to a video call like Zoom where an attendant (somewhere not in Utah) will try and assist you. The issue is that it is nearly impossible to hear or understand the person speaking (some kind of issue with the speaker). It is the height of frustration, and sad that a once solid local business has been turned into a community leech. To not only put up with crazy rate hikes and high prices, but a terrible on-site and customer experience, has me never wanting to set foot on another Public Storage property ever again. Until they can decide to treat customers like humans instead of money bags, I recommend you look elsewhere to store items. If you must use them, consider them a short-term option (and I wouldn't store anything important there). I would pick almost any other place first.

It was so easy from signing up to going there for the first time to our unit. They have a self-service kiosk there and a customer service agent appears on it if you’re there for longer than you should be (yes, it happened to me). 😆 Just follow the instructions as exactly as given in the email sent to you. I loved the whole experience but then I know people who would rather get assistance in person or over the phone (and they do have over the ph customer service) but I really liked having to do this all on my own.

I would leave no stars if I could. I rented a space and paid the month's rent. I didn't need it for a few days, and they moved me out of my space. They never refunded my rent. I went to Lehi Indoor Storage, where I spoke to actual people and they helped me out a lot! 5 stars to Lehi Indoor Storage!!

Went here to buy something from one of their clients. I was impressed. The facility was clean and seemed maintained.

Great place very clean and well maintained, the staff is absolutely fantastic and very kind.

I hate how the keep changing the cost. Now they got greed. The 10x10 are just shy of $200 a month. When you and talk to the main busy it goes over seas. It very heard to understand what they are saying. I wish the you have left the prices at 95 for a 10x10. So if you get a unit keep an eye on it. IT WILL GO WAY UP, and they wont even tell you it's going up. Best of luck for the people that say with them and that are thing of them DONT DO IT!!

Well I was not very happy about this place. The first big problem is if you need to use the restroom you can't use it because a employee needs to open it for you and good like finding one since the office is closed and if your lucky and find one then you only have access during buisness hours. Again ONLY if you can find an employee. In my opinion i think that the restrooms should be available during the hours you can go in and out. Also the monthly rent here is outrageous. The lights also go off after so long so you have to walk all the way to the doors where you enter to turn them back on. They claim its climate controlled but I beg to differ. They do however have carts you can use to load and unload you just need to look for one. This is why I'm only giving it one star

Tami, Dillan, & Dustin are AWESOME! But-- I really don't like the new "kiosk" that was installed. I can't stand the fact that I can't talk to them in the old office setting. I even try to "call" on that machine, but it's completely defective and it's not answered. It needs to be fixed, or better yet: REMOVED! I can't stand that machine...

Tami was very helpful. Walked me to the unit and made sure I had everything I needed. She was very courteous and met me when I was available.

I love how this place is always so clean and well kept. Kudos to Jonathan for keeping this place top tier all the time. I'll definitely recommend this facility to anybody I know who is in need of storage.

Terrible customer service. Website claims they have onsite management 9-4. But it’s more like 4-9 hours a week, never knowing when that will be. I had to close my account due to the price going up every six months. On one of the days I went to extract another trailer load, they had replaced my lock with one of theirs and no one was onsite to do anything about it. I returned two more times that day and the next. (My mother passed away the week before and I had explained this to a lady at the desk. Unfortunately, I never saw that employee again) When I finally connected with someone who could remove the lock, I had two days to finish clearing out. I got help and we got it done. March 31. On april 2, I entered the gate to retrieve something from my daughters unit. I got hit with a bill for $350+ for being onsite when my account closed on the 31. I explained over the phone and was told “I’ll check with the main office manager”. A few days later, I received a call that I had be on premises even one day of the month so I was charge for a full month. I’ll never trust them again. They act all nice when you sign up and then they gouge you for every nickel by way of auto payments you can’t control. And when you try to work it out, they send your bill to collections. The locker unit itself is wonderful. However, the lack of decent service or communication is more over powering. Go elsewhere!

February of 22 I started renting a 10x10 for $133 a month after insurance. They raised the price to $170 by August if 22 and then to $199 by May of 23. I called a couple days as a new customer to get a quote for a 10x10 and was told it was $116 a month. So why is mine $199??? Anyways, I’ve now moved to Lehi Indoor Storage for $107 a month after insurance for a 10x10 and first three months half off. If you have a unit at the Lehi Public Storage I highly recommend moving to Lehi Indoor Storage.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! They will lure you in with one price and then steadily increase the price. I'm now paying double the advertised price. Your lease will say "price subject to change," so you're basically screwed. You've been warned. P.S. Take note of how they respond to negative reviews. You’ll get the same canned response as everyone else, and nothing will change.

The lady at the storage facility was very nice and helpful. The place is clean and modern.

I do NOT recommend this place at all. We have a unit in building 3 and the code for the door never works and even the people in the office have trouble getting the door open. And last time no one was in the office and we sat here waiting for so long. And on top of that they just raised our bill 30$ with no notice. They will never fix the issue, don’t do business here.

The Manager on site (Drew) was very friendly. I appreciated that he was doing walkthroughs of the buildings, to make sure that they were clean and secure.

Had a unit here for a long time only paying $80 a month. Was looking to get a second unit but then saw the same sized one I have is over $200 a month now. Now they wanna up my rent over $30 a month for the same unit, same location, no changes. In tune with typical unchecked American capitalism, this company realized they were only making SOME of the money instead of ALL of the money. And in that same tune the prices will surely go up and continue to rise with whatever government related excuses they make, but when those excuses are gone you can rest assured the prices will still stay just as high as they were after they realize they can squeeze every dime possible. EDIT 7/31/23: Just got an email saying it's going to be upped AGAIN September first. Pieces of garbage.

Well I believe the manager of this place certainly deserves a five star review herself. I was less then civil when I originally checked in, and have her some grief. She responded as a professional and continued to assist me even after I was outright rude to her. Over the top customer service, and immaculately clean, and highly secure property.

Our experience here was pleasant. Daniela assisted us with an issue and was able to resolve it quickly and easily. She's very sweet and friendly! She made our move in process smooth with no hassle. She also helped us with the pricing to fit our needs. The storage unit is clean, and we like the location!

Austin is a great property manager! This location is so clean! It is a little hard to find your way around the property, but managers are always around to help you out!

The facility is excellent and I'm so happy with my choice to use the Lehi location for storage. The front desk has been more helpful than any storage location I've used. Austin helped make sure I had the right sized unit, walked me through using the mobile app, and followed up with me the next day to make sure all my needs were met. My only regret was not moving out of Extra Space and into Public Storage Lehi sooner.

The facility is nice and the ability to reserve a unit online is great. However - if you think you ever need to get help from a person or the property manager, you may want to look for other options. I showed up one morning during posted business hours with a team of movers that I was paying for to find out that my access code didn't work for one of the units I had rented. It was impossible to contact a live person to help. I left repeated messages with the property manager (again - during posted business hours). My call was not returned until 2 days later. The next month, I again needed to interact with a person to reserve a unit - I needed to make sure the available unit was as close as possible to my current unit. This time a property manager was on site, but they were unable to complete the request through their own computer system without repeated phone calls to other employees to receive help. A 5 minute task stretched into over half an hour. So - great facility, great automated features, poor customer service.

My husband and I rented a 10 by 22 storage unit. We showed up same day and found out that a 5 by 7 area had been walled off so we didn’t have the space we needed. No one was there to help that day. The next day they offered us a smaller unit for a higher monthly price. When we declined that, they refused to refund us even though we didn’t use the unit at all. Got the run around that we have to speak with the district manager. But of course the district manager isn’t available.

I love having a place to store things inside a secure building and even though the entire property is gated and has rock walls all the way around, it is very dark outside the building on the side I go into one of my units. The lights on that side are never on and I don't feel very safe after dark there. I turned my lights off so you can see just how dark it is on that side. The only thing lighting that side is the lights from the neighboring car lot. Sure hope they fix this soon. (update: they didn't) I've been storing at this facility for a few years and have discovered that being a long term loyal customer has no merit with this company. It was one price when I moved in after about 6 months they raised the price by $60 a month. After 10 months I moved because the location was no longer convenient, right after I put in my move out date they raised the price by another $40 a month. I moved out on the 4th and they refused to give me any of the $318 for my 10' x 20' space I paid on the 1st. THIS WAS PURELY A LAST DITCH GREEDY MONEY GRAB ON THE PART OF PUBLIC STORAGE! Nice facility, however I will never recommend Public Storage to anyone due to this greedy practice.

One of the best experiences I've had with storage! Who knew it could be this fun! But kidding aside...the staff here in Lehi have bent over backwards to make my experience 5 star. I appreciate the security, the convenience, and most of all...the customer service! They have to put up with alot...and get little praise for the work they do...so hopefully this helps!

I absolutely Love this location and it's employees. The manager Jenny is the sweetest, and has been helping me get through a complicated situation that partially involves my unit. They're very clean and your things are kept extremely safe. Not only do you get a lock and key from them when you get one of their units, but a pin as well for gate and unit building door; so you can rest assured no one can get in but those with that key and code. They also only charge $5 a day in late fees and you have til the 5th of every month to pay without that late fee. You'll be in great hands if you go with Public Storage, even if it's not at the lovely Lehi location.

I have been renting my 1st unit I’ve had there for almost three years now unfortunately and it got so full I had to get a 2nd units here my first one is beyond full so I needed to get a second one. The staff at the Lehi location is and are so very helpful and always amazing. Jenny is the best. They are so very helpful and the security is so very on point. Thanks for all the hard work that they do. It’s really been very nice to have someone who is able to understand and be helpful to me and others who have much needed assistance in my own unit. Jenny was phenomenal — after hearing about our needs, she made recommendations that were perfect optimizing our use of available space and answering all of our newbie storage questions. If you get the chance to work with her, she will keep you (and your belongings) safe and sound.

We had a good experience moving into the unit, but it went downhill from there. The temperature was not very “regulated” in the unit I payed it to be. I also noticed quite a few bugs. My biggest disappointment however was they DOUBLED rent after a year of being there. There is better business elsewhere.

They jacked their price up so much that we had to stop using them.

I'm having the same issues as other, it was a great unit when I first started, but then had billing issues at the end. They would not prorate me at all, or even for half a month since I moved out on the 3rd of the month. I was stuck with a $187 bill which you know they put someone else in the unit and charge them. Ugg, I have definitely had better service at other storage units.

I really liked Public Storage when I started. However, after one year, they doubled my price for my unit. I really wanted to stay, so I spoke with customer service to see if it would be possible to do a smaller increase instead of literally doubling the price overnight, and they refused. Just be warned that the original cheap price won't last long :(

It's awesome. Seriously never thought I'd say that about a storage unit. It's clean and indoors. They provide carts which is so very helpful!! The hands free gate and building opening via the app is cool too. The lock was interesting. No one can cut your lock because it's built into the door. When you unlock it, you remove the entire tumbler. The location is good. Just don't try to turn left when exiting.
