Went in here to see their options for storage, Shelby and Diana were very helpful and knowledgeable, they’re so nice! I highly recommend this place.

Shelby is the manager at this location.she has always been helpful and friendly in meeting my storage needs as they have increased. she practices safe social distancing too.

During my four plus years of renting a 10' x 10' space at the Kearns facility I have always had a very good experience, especially with the manager, Shelby. Unfortunately, my experience with corporate Public Storage has not been so pleasant. To begin with there have been numerous difficulties with my online account and I have been unable to sign-in for nine months. Additionally, in the beginning my rent was only $80. withing a month or so it went up to $110 which I expected. Within a year it when up again to $130, still not bad, but I talked with the district manager and my rate was reduced to $110. Later the rate was increased to $160, and after asking for a reduction twice it was reduced to $150 for six months, at which time it was increased to $160. Finally, on 1 April 2024 the rate was increased to $206. Having had enough, I opted to build a shed in my back yard and have moved my storage into the shed. It seems to me that Public Storage should examine its policies, for I feel that I, a faithful customer, who consistently paid on time and in full, have been chased away by their constant rate hikes, corporate greed, and inefficiency in fixing online difficulties. If you want to have a long-term storage unit maybe you should expect the same treatment. The local personnel, however, are very professional , helpful and friendly.

Great prices. Clean facility. Did the whole reservation over my phone. I use the app to open the gate. Best part was Bill at the front desk. Helpful and friendly. I hate moving but this at least made the storage part convenient.

OMG! I ordered RV trailer space online for my travel trailer they even asked me for lien holder information and when I get there it's nothing but little bitty storage units I was so pissed these guys have a total thumbs down!!!!

At first I loved this place. They had great customer service, great prices and good units. However, after the first few months it's been awful. I've been trying to get in for the past two weeks to have someone help me as I went through a hard time recently when my father died, i got behind on payments then got it all paid off before going to auction, because my unit was set to go to auction they cut my lock off and put one of theirs on which is completely fine I understand for sure, but now I have to have them take off that lock and replace it with my new one to access my things. Every single time I call or go down there it is during business hours when somebody is supposed to be in the office and every single time nobody is there. Not a single soul. If I can't find someone to help me in the next week I will be taking my services elsewhere. As well as contacting corporate because apparently their employees don't care about their jobs.

DO NOT STORE YOUR PROPERTY HERE, IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!! This was the worst storage experience I have ever had. Their customer service and security is horrible. If you are looking for a secure place to store your property this is definitely not the place to go to. They constantly leave the gate open so anyone can just go in and have access to your property/storage unit. I came to my storage unit and found that someone had tried to pry open me unit door. When I alerted the office about it they did not even apologize or make the effort to go and check it out. I definitely got the impression that this happened so frequently to their units that they just did not care anymore. You do not get what you pay for here... store your belongings somewhere else for a better price and more security!

I ran on hard times in life and I lost everything. I was 14 days late to make the vital payment to save what I had lost. The emotional toll ruined me and I almost gave up. I just wish I had that last bit of time. I could've saved everything and I would have been okay

I can honestly say I never thought of getting a storage unit as a FUN experience, however EVERYONE at this location was amazing and helpful especially TJ (I know he is STILL blushing) Great job to all...I would highly recommend this location. UPDATE: It is 2023 and I am still with Public Storage, I had a billing issue and called today, which is Sunday. I spoke to a wonderful lady Shelley who took care of everything. Amazing customer service is so important and is what keeps me loyal. Thank you so much Shelley for everything. 10 starts for sure.

I had top notch service today with Rhianna . I went in to get pricing for my daughter and Rhianna walked me through everything and showed me a few sizes . It was so hot out she offered me water free of charge . You don't get that type of treatment anymore.

Worst Place ever - never actually open other than during business hours (who can go to the storage unit during work hours). The employees are horrible (at the West Valley Location). I would recommend going anywhere besides here! They have hidden fees and up your monthly payments every couple of months- they only have to give you 30 days is what they say!
