Went in to buy some boxes from this location and Taina was very delightful to work with, she helped me find the right boxes for my needs, if I ever need a storage space I will rent here.

This is my first time coming to public storage I spoke with Tania she was very helpful answered all the questions I had.

Thieves working here .. or at least one. I won an auction at this location, when i arreived to remove the contents of the unit, of course the girl took off immidiately after she unlocked the unit. Didnt waste anytime taking off after that. She didn't open the door, check the tamper tag numbers to see if they matched the numbers on the paper or wait to aske me if it looked okay and if the unit looked accurate to the pictures. i almost immediately noticed that there were black trash bags that were filled with some type of goods gone out of the unit. It sounds crazy, but that is what i was interested in the most and what made me choose to bid the unit. Obviously I was right. I live at least an hour away. I usually try to make it to the facility the day of the auction ending. But in this case I made it the next day, which is fine. When I told the girl about the missing contents she called the manager. And ultimately told me that I could take the unit as is.. or I could be reimbursed what I paid for it. Very unprofessional and crooked. If they wanted anything out of the unit, they could have bid on it, or even has someone else do it for them.

Came in today to view and unit and i think the guy who helped me name was will he was so great and helpful he walked me to my unit and showed me around the space, unfortunately i wasn’t ready to purchase today but because of him i’ll definitely be back!!

(Amy Davis) I want to give Jessie a 5 star for contacting me on Monday 5/13/2024 letting me know that I failed to lock my storage unit door the last time I was there. It has been approximately three weeks since I have been at my unit and no one else ever contacted me about the door not being locked. Thank you again Jessie because I have nice things in that storage unit.

My storage unit is great, but the employees are too lazy to keep the restrooms clean and stocked, so they just keep them all locked. Except for the ONE that's next to the office on the first floor. My unit is on the second floor and the elevator closest to the office doesn't work. What's the point of paying extra for a storage unit in a building with restrooms if the restrooms are never accessible?!?! 😡

This is a great storage facility. I loved that it’s a nice and clean inside storage. It’s clean and so far secure. I would also like to thank Joann, Yessie, and Kimberly for their helpfulness. It’s also in a great location. I definitely recommend this storage facility.

After four months of renting storage space here in Irving, Texas, we believe this is the ideal location for our needs. We want to express our gratitude to Miss Yesii for her kindness, understanding and invaluable assistance throughout the rental process.

Today I had a Ruff morning moving but thanks to yessii she was able to help me & make my experience much easier thank you yessii more employees like you are needed

Worst experience ever. Took the lady 45 minutes as she stared at the computer, mumbling, clearly unsure of how to process the reservation I booked online. She straight up didn’t know what to do. Didn’t know how to remove insurance I opted out of, didn’t know how much reservation should cost. She had to FaceTime her boss who helped her out. Then she charged me $20 for a lock cause it was required. I was told on the phone when I called earlier that week that they come with a lock in the unit. She said it didn’t since I did the reservation in person I had to pay to add the lock on. So the $69 “promotion” I got online ended up being $120 in person. No deal at all. I went to the unit and sure enough there was a lock in the unit for me. Went back to return the other and she said no refund is due for $20, she just gave me an extra lock but I still didn’t need the second. She was so incompetent and a horrible communicator. Clearly did not know how to do her job. Very frustrating experience.

Update - DO NOT RENT HERE the location sold to public storage I have two storage rentals on two separate floors and at 9 PM I was unable to go from my 3rd floor to my second floor and both were open. It would only take me to the first floor. My keys and purse were all on the 3rd floor. There is not one sign that says they lock up everything at 9. I called the emergency number and customer service and the customer service guy was did not know anything . I live 1 1/2 hours a way a women it was dangerous. I was lucky to find a stairwell open and be able to get my purse and keys or else I would have been stranded. The manger did not call me back until I filed a BBB report. Great location, easy access very clean. Everyone is super friendly. JoAnne the Manager and Misty are awesome!!

Don’t rent from this location! Worst customer service!! They never answer the phone. They gave me misinformation. Slow to respond to phone calls and service requests issues. And they keep increasing my rental price!

I won an auctioned unit. When I arrived, there was nobody in the office to give me access. This is the 3rd time the same thing has happened at a public storage location. I will no longer be buying units at any of their locations. Ridiculous

I am completely disappointed with the pricing Initially I got the price for 96$ Per Month with discount and now they removed the discount and started charging 126$ Per Month. This is completely Insane and Fraud

Could be better. Could be worse. In move in day 1.5 years ago, there was a bed in my unit and I had to get someone to remove it before I could move my things in. The access from the app never opens the door (says I’m out of range, even when standing directly in front of it). There is ALWAYS a huge pond of water by the loading dock area, the bathrooms are unavailable and now they’re raising the monthly rate.

It’s clean, unless you have your own dolly cart. Have fun looking for carts. Idk if people hide them in their storage unit. But there’s no carts to be found

They never respond to phone calls or voice mail. I tried to call again and again and again. Still no one replies during working hours. I got a reply here in the comment saying it’s because they are busy, but I have noticed phone calls being ignored while I was there in the office.

When I first came to Public Storage this nice lady Joanne (manager) helped me in so many ways. She is so kind to her customers & very helpful. I was going through so much in my life that she made my transition into moving my things into a storage so easy. This location is always clean & I always feel safe when I’m in my storage alone. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE. I don’t understand the point of having open times when no one is ever there.

She has been nothing short of professional, kind, understanding, cooperative, and most of all, available when the phone rings or has to hold the place down on her own. I'm approaching the last couple of months renting a space here and have almost been here 1 year. This past year was a very rough year for me and I just want to thank JOANN for everything that you did in every way that you help me.
