Emma was filling in today and although it wasn't her normal store, she was super helpful and kind. She took the time to help me locate my unit (it has been a years since I personally was here). I had my keys and my ID but I couldn't remember the code. She was extremely helpful kind and professional. You could tell she genuinely wanted to serve her customers! 👏👏👏👏
Upon arriving to my unit I was trying to find the key code to open up the interior door and overheard music. I saw a female staff member doing her walk and cleaning. I didn't catch her name.. I knocked on the door to ask her to let me in. She did not and said that I'd have to use the code. I greatly appreciate their adherence to policy and security for our belongings at this facility. She was also very kind and you could tell that she took pride in her work as well.
