This was one of my worst experience In storing my personal belongings, nothing came up missing but the prices was outrageous. They started out at $86 went up to $211 and it keeps going up no added space no nothing so this was one of the worst times to up the prices because of everything is high, gas is high food is high, but these people don’t care they don’t think about those type of things that you’re going through. I would never recommend this for anyone.

Just moved in today! Highly desirable location quick in and out from Hwy 10, very secure and well lighted location. Heather was amazing, very helpful with navigating the rental process. She also toured the unit and showed me how to use the property to get in and out. Then showed me the app to download for a seamless process for access to the storage facility. I highly recommend Heather and her Public Storage facility!!

Had a great interaction with the PM Latisha, I struggled with my lock for over 10 minutes in this heat, went to office and she without hesitation walked all the way down to last unit and showed me what I was doing wrong and she had my unit opened within 30 seconds! She deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️
By far the worst experience I have had with a storage unit. Moved my stuff in September by the time October hit my items were soaking wet with rain. My beds(including an 1800 king size bed), dressers falling apart because they are so wet, printers For my customization business, keepsakes from people that have passed away, all of my child’s books are wet and moldy. It is currently May and no one still has a resolution for my storage unit or for my items and they are still sitting in the same unit getting soaking wet. they don’t care they only call when the storage ladies rent and I’m not paying it for a reason because all of my items have been damaged. I have over $5000 Worth of items damage just for them to try to give me a $850 check it is ridiculous. they constantly cut the wrong lock off. I have had two locks on my unit. One of them does not work anytime I put in the request. They cut off the main lock and make me pay for another one this happens every month. And of course they are making me pay to move units even though it’s their building, causing damage to my items and I’m so exhausted.

I really do appreciate you and all of your help it came at a very good time as I have been without work and no pay until the beginning of April so it means a lot to me.
I recently reserved a 45-foot vehicle storage site there with a scheduled move‑in date of March 9. I paid a promotional rate of 1 dollar for the first month plus a 29 dollar one‑time fee. Without any action from my side and well before my scheduled move‑in date, I received an email on February 27 stating that I had “successfully moved out,” even though I had never moved in or canceled my reservation.
When I contacted customer service, the representative told me I could only re‑book the site if I paid again. She refunded the 1 dollar, but refused to refund the 29 dollar fee, even though it was their system or staff that canceled my reservation without cause, not me. I was told this fee is not refundable, which feels extremely unfair for a reservation I never used and never chose to cancel.
To be clear: I am fine not storing my vehicle at this location anymore, but keeping my 29 dollars after unilaterally canceling my reservation is unacceptable. This experience shows a lack of accountability, poor communication, and no willingness to make things right for a customer who did nothing wrong. I cannot recommend this Public Storage location and will be warning others to be very careful before trusting them with a reservation or paying any “one‑time” fees up front.
Great customer service
Moved in on Saturday, paid $54 dollars for the unit, the key and insurance. The very next day I was charged $35, why? No one can tell me. I called and they told me to dispute it with my bank, drove up to public storage on Wednesday, and the property manager can't assist me, she has to call her managers, no one can tell me why I was charged again, they can't even see it in the system but two charges have been posted to my account in less than 48 hours from this location.
No number for corporate,and the property manager refuses to give me her distract managers information, the number on the door just calls the property manager, so I'm just standing up here, waiting.

Easy and quick. Store your extras for affordable price? Yes this the place with the app it was so easy to unlock doors and pay. Been using it for 1 year never had problem. You can access 24 hours too but we never needed that.

Best ever moved in today and Jasmine was the best ever and very helpful with my new move. I got the best spot to park my trailer very friendly and very nice.

I have never in my life, had the misfortune of having to deal with such a mismanaged business! They will never answer the phone when you call and if you leave a message for them to call you back, they don’t! If you are lucky enough to get one of them on the phone and explain your problem they say that they’ll take care of it and get back with you, which they don’t! Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as you possibly can!

Went to my storage unit the other day to get the reminder of my stuff out of my storage because this my last month and I noticed that my lock was switched out but the crazy part it whoever switched out my lock or broke into my lock happens to work in the office because of the my lock was switched out with a lock that only comes from the office and obviously it's been a few days and im still going thru my stuff to see what's stolen or taken but I know for sure I have missing items just give me time to go thru all my stuff because where I found my original lock was sitting inside of a bag I know for sure wasn't easy find in the video you can see my lock which was cut and hidden and there lock which was switched out ok this my final month here and the month not over and odd to see that my stuff wasn't safe after all that's scary I'm still going thru my stuff to see what's missing trust and believe I know for sure something is because of the whole situation
Horrible they just raised the rate on a closet space and have horrible customer service the lady I just spoke to basically almost hung up in my face. I have been here years and I feel she might be new. Was very out of character for the employees who are usually there.
My family and I went in to look at units on today. Manager Kabriell help show us around and complete rental. Location appearance seems clean & safe. Update- moving out process was fast and easy thanks public storage

They went up on my way so I had to change units in order to take care of the price difference got that all taken care of and drove up from Florida to Texas to handle myself I'm 55 years old it's going to be hard enough as it is, but I got here at 7 a.m. and it's now 9:00 I've called manager twice no answer no call back my truck's loaded down with stuff so I can't just go about my business to do other things because people still surviving my truck the second unit has a lock on it so I can't get into it and no one's here working and knowing I can't get a hold of anybody. Not real acceptable in my book my whole day is messed up now because of this and I'm still waiting
If I could give this place less than one star I would. I have never in my life experienced the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by their office staff. They can’t even take a simple phone call without projecting their misery on whoever is on the other end. There’s a much nicer facility next door you’d be better off with! 0/10. This place and everyone who works here is pure garbage.

Man this used to be a great business, used them for years! It is NO LONGER staffed and all automated. These folks have been outside for over an hour waiting for a manager that said she was 10 minutes away.
I have tried each day this week to close out a lease and no one is ever on property. Highly dissatisfied.

The unit I was provided with damaged my motorcycle due to inadequate entrance. The unit was very dirty and filled with spiderwebs, spiders and death roaches.
The property manager gave me a new unit, meanwhile it took me an unscheduled additional day to store my belongings causing me to waste time and money.
Decent storage space. Being able to access the gate with the app is nice. But they raise the rate at least every six moths. I haven't been here a year and my rage has gone from $50 to $80. But they're still advertising the same space to new people at $50...
I rented a unit back in July 2023. The door was very hard to open and close, to the point that I would have to hammer it open with something. The first time I tried opening it I cut my hand. I dropped off my key back in July to have the door fixed and 4 months and two cuts later it still hasn't been fixed. I wasn't in a rush, but I've stropped by 3 times since today (November) and finally came by to pick up my key. "Sorry" I was told, when I came to just pick up my key but no offer to rectify it even though I was told it would be fixed. There was never an attempt to fix it.

Today I went with my wife to rent a storage and we were very well received by the employee Amanda who kindly explain and guided us through the entire procedure. We are very happy with the friendliness and kindness that Amanda received us, we highly recommend this Public Storage, the staff are kind, the place is clean and safe, as well as air-conditioned, and easy to access.
This has to be the worst storage facility I've ever came across. I made my account with this place in August and they thought it was completely okay to brake my lock in September due to late payment after i had spoke with them and told them i was going to be late. When i made my payment i was unaware that they had kept "thrown" my brand new $1,000 dollar bed and frames. They have the worst customer service. They have no cares about what happens to your stuff. on the ad it says " will take care of your stuff as if it was ours ". So I guess they weren't lying they took my stuff to there home as if it was there's.

Communication is absolutely terrible… I have to contact a different public storage just to get even spoken to.. nobody EVER picks up the phone.. no matter time of day I never get someone to pick up how am I supposed to get assistance if nobody ever wants to answer? I will call multiple times in a row and NOTHING EVER

Horrible!!!! I mean horrible customer service!!! Caution for the FACT that they will rob you for another month rent after vacating if you are there 1 min past on the vacate day. I was out and cleaned my unit so it was ready for the next person before the office was open. Then received a phone call from Christine who told me that I'd be charged for another month (over 300) cause I was simply there past midnight. This was a 24hr unit too btw. Then she was rude when I asked for corporates number when I came in to question it. Never will I ever pay another dollar to this horrible company. Please don't do business with these crooks!!!

Moved from Colorado. U-Haul screwed us over. Came here and lady was Absolutely amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Clean and was easy to get our storage unit.
