I had a great service with Ms. Yesenia, she is the reason i moved in.
I’ve been using this Public Storage location for a while, but my recent experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I had a question, and while I did get some help, an employee named Byrd took it upon himself to grab my phone under the pretense of assisting me with the app and gate access. Instead, he accessed my account and left a fake 5-star review for himself, which was poorly written. Shortly after, the manager immediately responded to the review, making it clear they were aware of it.
This has never happened to me before at this location, and I find it completely unacceptable. No other employee has ever overstepped boundaries like this. Customers should feel confident that their personal accounts won’t be used without permission. This kind of behavior is unethical and should be addressed by management.

Year and a half renter for business purposes.
The corporation that owns the facility, not so stellar.
1. Numerous times auto-pay was mysteriously deactivated (I'm the only one with access to the account) causing undue effort to get the situation corrected.
2. Two rate hikes within one calendar year. The chat representative was blasé with an "It is what it is" demeanor. As a side note on this point, the representative had a canned response that insultingly advised to consider was the space being used appropriately and could it potentially be down size. The unsolicited business guidance was definitely a direct affront to one's intelligence. It's awesome that Public Storage knows our business better than we do ourselves!...not so much.
3. All in all, a very difficult corporation to communicate and deal with. Granted, the bulk of their business is transient in nature but one might think aligning with a corporate business instead of a small single proprietorship storage facility might add an element that supports potential longer term rental revenue. It is not valued, period.
Do your research and think twice about using any of this organization's storage locations.

Can someone tell me the business hours for this location? We have showed up at 1pm twice at 8am today and it is always closed. We waited along with other customers in the parking lot for approx. 20 minutes and no one showed up. They do not answer the phone, location manager does not answer the phone but they take their payment every month. I am just trying to speak to someone to vacate my unit. This location used to be good a couple years ago but has been terrible recently. Will never recommend again.

If I could give them, no stars, I would. I have my stuff in their unit for less than three weeks. They didn’t inform me that they had a rat infestation. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the property manager for two months now because they only want to offer me $250 for a couple thousand dollars worth of items that their rats chew through and left rat droppings on, I’m waiting or I will be going to the new station because this is disgusting. We trust y’all with our items while we’re waiting and nobody seems to care y’all say y’all caring your voicemail, but no one gets back to you they don’t obviously They they don’t tell you they have rats, of course, crawling on top of storage units

Yesenia/the staff was very nice when I moved in. The facility itself is not so great. There was strong mothball smell when I moved in which I attributed to someone’s unit. When I moved out there were roaches crawling on my new/unused furniture, in my unit and on the wall outside of the unit. I never had to deal with roaches in any other indoor storage facility. There was also a strong, foul mildew odor throughout the indoor facility. The staff tried its best to reduce the odor by sanitizing the facility but the scent was very overpowering. Overall staff is great but the facility needs work for the price that is being charged.

Miss Jessie is a true gem. She's an old school. Traditionalist and it comes to customer service and understanding. She's not like some of these new younger generation that act like you're doing them a favor. Will you come to their location. She helped me out. Transitioning with my storage and my storage unit. She was patient understanding and empathetic to my situation. I can appreciate the old school touch in this new school microwave society. If you want to go to a storage unit, she is definitely a person who could take care of you. I give her customer service a 10 stars if I could

Ease of leasing process- a bit wonky to say the least but, that is on the corp side and the way they’ve structured the website process.
Locking system for bays- definitely poor. The cylinder type mechanism is not a good choice. I speak from lock industry perspective.
Local management- what earned this location 5 stars. Extremely personable and helpful.

Look up Yesenia when u are here. She is one of the friendliest people I have met. She helped me set up my public storage account in an instant. She actively listened to what I wanted and she made amazing recommendations on how to use the public storage facilities. Honestly, I think this is what keeps the customers going back. I will continue to recommend public storage to all my friends cause they are beyond par. However I will recommend Public storage Glenvista more cause I had an amazing experience there. Let's face it, we all need that smiling face after a rough week and honestly I don't think she is paid for her cheery attitude and friendly nature. If public storage deserves 5 stars, then 6 out of the 5 is because of her.

Don't bother trying to reserve a unit online. They rent them out from under you even with a confirmed reservation.

This storage is very clean, the staff is nice and helpful. The security is a big plus only one way in and one way out and the gate is always locked and closed. Always something wrong. Why do they go up in price constantly and never fix anything. The elevator is broken now , so how do I take a load of stuff to my unit that I pay good money for ? I figured Ok I’ll just try and take it up stairs and risk hurting myself but can’t even gain access to those. Wasting my time which is $ .
Horrible Facility. They jack up your rates after move in and the automatic gates to get your moving trucks in and out are always broken. Make sure you check to make sure all gates are working so you don't get stuck inside this narrow facility! The only thing they do right is collect your payment on time.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! My unit was broken into twice. I didn't have much other than clothes and some large furniture items so I didn't lose anything. I should have moved my stuff after the first break in, all they did was leave a big mess looking for stuff to steal. I think the units adjacent to mine had big losses, how terrible. Do yourself a favor and store your stuff elsewhere.

I don't trust this place, especially with auctions. They posted a picture with certain items and when I went to pick it up it didn't look the same as the photos. Items were missing, the manager said it's normal for the owner to take things. I wonder if she meant the owner of the facility who took the photos or the items? The worker opened the lock that was in placed by them in front of me..so if it was a random break in it would of been signs of force entry but wasn't.

I don’t even know how this place has a 4.7 rating!! It has to be people creating fake accounts or people within this company to hype up their needs. Like most of us I relied on reviews to store my stuff…after a month they broke into my storage and took most of stuff including bras and USED underwear…. Then I found out this was repetitive for this place.. I came across multiple tenants were this same issue had came across for MONTHS after my stuff was stolen!! broken locks, even broken walls to get into tenants things and management from a well known establishment like this one cant even get security for a service your customers pay for?!?! And some how no employee knew how or when. Yeah right!! It’s definitely an INSIDE JOB. Don’t throw your money into the hands of the thief!! Sadly I was a victim after a few weeks.. We all work hard for our stuff.. And of course customer service it’s going to be good, they are the ones who are in! Of course they are going to be sorry. No apology will get your items back. For an extra couple bucks take it to a place where your things will be safe… stay away from this place.
