She explained all necessary dos and don't; expectations of the facility. She had great customer service and the process was smooth. I told her what I was looking for and she accommodated exactly that no extras or up sales were attempted. She also told me about the Public Storage app and all its perks. One thing I enjoyed most about the app is that you can go in and out of the facility smoothly as you can gain access with a touch of a button on your smartphone. I would highly recommend anyone to try out this location!

The storage facility is always clean and I've never had any issues with the gate not working. George in the office is amazing! He always goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. Super nice fella! The one thing I will say is that often times the carts are being used so if you have a large load you either have to come back, wait, or carry your stuff up bc you can't get into any other building than the one your until is in so going to get a cart from the other building is not an option. Other than that I've been more than happy storing my stuff at this facility.
