Kevin helped me out a lot and was great to deal with. Dropped my stuff off in a unit in 2019 and I’ve never been back. I also lost the key.
Now in 2026 when I needed to empty the unit for my new house, and Kevin had everything ready for me, including a replacement lock to access the unit.
Would recommend this place if you’re in the area and looking for a storage unit.

Great storage easy to reserve online everything was set up never even had to contact anyone. Arrived with the app the app allow you to open the gate as well as the door inside. So simple to use so smooth. Walk to my storage unit it was clean with a key in the lock. Stopped by as the movers were moving me out, and they were so quick and easy to mark down my moveout date.

Today i was working at Public Storage, and i realized that not all storage unit companies are cut from the same cloth.
The shining light here at this property is an employee named Kevin, who made my experience here so wonderful! He was kind, knowledgable and super helpful with his insights, experience and a very warm and approachable personality.
I can tell Kevin truly cares about the people with whom he interacts. The person who hired Kevin is either lucky or a genius, because he is a main reason i will continue to do business with this Public Storage location.
Highly recommended and i absolutely am getting my money's worth.

Update 7/3/26:
Unfortunately, things have gone downhill and I decided to switch to a different brand storage place. The lady who was the manager when I first moved in no longer works there, and it’s not as well maintained as before. The parking lot and storage buildings were not cleaned properly for a while, and I (and I’m sure others) submitted numerous complaints until finally they got their act together. However, the last straw for was the carts. Each building only had one cart, and both carts are worn out. One has the tread missing on three of the wheels, and the other has a loose handle which they have used blue painters tape to band aid the problem (I’m not even kidding). Instead of replacing these aging standard size carts with new ones, they have put in carts that are half the size. When I inquired about this, they said that the full size carts cost too much to replace, and they get stolen. Well I’m sorry, but for the premium price we pay to store our stuff at this place, we should be entitled to full size carts. I decided enough is enough and have switched to Extra Space Storage. The difference is night and day. The building is cleaner, better lit inside (lights stay on, not set on motion detectors unlike Public Storage), and has an ample amount of full size carts, all in good condition. Do better, Public Storage!

This location is conveniently located. I like that it’s not overwhelmingly big, and that it is easy to get in and out of. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and in great condition. I’m extremely satisfied with both my storage unit and the great experience so far!

Ashley was an absolute godsend! I accidentally reserved a unit that was much too small and realized it on moving day, with the movers already on their way. What could have turned into a complete disaster was handled with so much kindness and professionalism. Ashley went above and beyond, walking all over the property with me, answering my questions, and helping me find the perfect unit on the spot.
Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable, she is genuinely warm, personable, and caring. She made a stressful situation feel easy, and I left feeling completely taken care of. It’s such a relief knowing that if I ever need assistance, Ashley and the rest of the team will be there to help.
On top of the outstanding customer service, the facility itself is spotless, secure, and exceptionally well maintained. I’m so glad I chose to store my belongings here, and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Betsy was exceptional! I don’t even rent here, I just needed to pay my bill and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I could’ve sat there and talked with her forever, she was incredibly helpful and very sweet.

Gates are open during working hours. The office is locked when the staff is not in, but they seem to not be gone for long.
NOTE:
The Public Storage App is what opens the gate and elevator.
Only ONE person can be signed into the app using the primary email. If you add a second email for another person in your unit, you wont be able to sign in with it.

This facility is supposed to have access from 6am to 9pm. The actual office hours are supposed to be 9:30am - 6pm. THIS IS A LIE. Electricity was out for multiple days in a row. The office staff did not show up at all on a Tuesday. There are no numbers to call to quickly remedy this either. Will be moving facilities soon.

My Review is based solely on the price for this location. I leased a drive up unit 10x15 for 17 months, never had any problems except for the price increase of $35 literally 4 months into our lease . I just terminated my lease due to another notice of our lease increasing another $65! That’s an $90 increase in just 17 months of paying for the unit on a monthly auto debit with out ever missing a payment or having a late payment.

This Public Storage facility is conveniently located near the intersection of I-10 and the 610 Loop in Houston. The facility is very clean and reliably temperature-controlled. The staff is very friendly, especially Al the manager. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the facility and went the extra mile to identify appropriate storage units for my numerous unique and unwieldy items. He's also very enjoyable conversationalist :) Additionally, he's kind enough to make personal phone call reminders to those who are about to incur late fees! I highly recommend this Public Storage location.

This is a perfect place for storage as it is 2 blocks from my house. Second, the staff is superb starting with manager,Al. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest in his assessment of my needs. He is also a really good guy. The staff is is courteous and and willing to help. The building is always very clean and well lighted. I’ve had every size unit, and they worked well when I needed them.
