INCONVENIENCE TO PEOPLE
On the website, on the app, and on Google it says "Property open Mon-Sun 6:00AM to 9:00PM." It's 7:30 PM on a Sunday night, the gate is wide open for 30 minutes now and I can't get into my storage unit because the doors are locked and they changed the passcode. They didn't inform the current storage users on their new pass code for those who come outside of office hours. Also, on the app there's access for doors, but mines only open the gate. I have check every email and it's all about signing their terms and conditions instead of making sure the storage user have access to the stuff they owned. THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB.
Ahora con los nuevos cambios el servicio no está muy bueno que digamos yo no hablo inglés y creo que hay mucho hispano . Nada cordial nada de empatía mal servicio . Nada que ver con la administración anterior. Yo tengo muchos años ahí y estaba muy contenta con el servicio .
