I had to get a storage at the public storage on Hwy 360. The young lady that help me Jax, was such an exceptional help for me she was patient and showed me all the options available. She let me choose the location for my items that worked best for me.

I would give negative stars if I could, the lady that works in the office there is rude, pathetic and unprofessional. I mean I understand that you have to address to the people what you can and can’t do on the property. But there is professional way do it, she acts like a “thug” driving around the property, and calling me like “hey you come here” with a finger. I also understand this public storage is in a neighborhood but come-on they just hiring anybody 🤦♂️. Better go to a different one and drive a little bit longer.

This is my second time renting with public storage and like always Veronica is awesome and helpful. Place looks very inviting clean and secure right off 360 easily accessible to get back on the highway. I recommend this location for anyone needing storage needs.
Rats!! Started at around $45 up to a year later went up to $77 for a very small rat infested unit. I went to move my things and found rat feces and fur all throughout one of my unsecured boxes of clothes.
Looks like the little Big Ears were using my clothes for a nice twin size bed for themselves. Rat feces had something white on the tail end of them too like parasite egg sacs. I was horrified to see that. Also, the units are directly under the scorching sun. Every time I would go there to get something out of my unit, I was baking under the sun.
The lady that works there is nosey too. She would always come out suspiciously and see what you were doing despite knowing you were renting there. The two times I went up there to see her in the office, she was mysteriously missing but would always be there watching when I only went there for my unit. Too expensive for the rodent infestation.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Veronica at Public Storage, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her professionalism and customer service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free.

I drove from almost an hour away because the person that cuts the locks was supposed to be here at a certain time. I needed the lock cut and bought a new lock while waiting. Young lady in the office was super friendly and tried to be as helpful as she could. The man who cuts the locks never showed after waiting for about 2 1/2 hours. That was a few weeks ago. I came back today because their voicemail says they are open. Nobody in office, door locked, lights out and no sign on the door. The golf cart is out and parked in front of the office and the garage door is open. So far, we have been here since 11:45 am and it's now 12:15 pm. I've left a voicemail for the manager about needing to pick up my keys but still have not received a call back yet. I have to just sit here and wait for hours again now, hoping some employee shows up. This is horrible customer service. I would never recommend using this storage facility.

Had an appointment scheduled with Jennifer for 12 o clock and I’ve been waiting here for 40 minutes with no way to reach her. Door is locked, no sign, no call, zero communication. Call center tells me they should have put a sign on the door and to just keep waiting. Complete waste of time.
Jenn literally made my day! I called and she handled my issue with ease and she listened to everything I had to stay, I was super frustrated.
