UPDATE 2026 - Still a great facility and very well run. Recently had some questions about my bill suddenly including an insurance charge. I spoke with Sony and Tony and they quickly got me sorted out - just need to send a copy or summary of my homeowner's insurance each year and that charge then never appears. They had me all set up and even reduced my monthly fee ... presumably for being with them so long. THANKS GUYS! older review - I too have had a unit here since soon after they opened. Extremely clean and the most professionally run storage outfit I have used (used 3 others in the past). In fact I recently closed a unit I had further away and moved it to this facility. The staff all act like corporate trained professionals. My only disappointment is not having a trash dumpster available - but I guess too many folks just made a mess in and around it.
