25 years in business, Pam is the kindest, most patient, best customer service agent I have ever encountered. I made all kinds of difficult requests, asking if I could change my mind on storage size after the order was already placed and the keys dispensed, then doing that again to go back to the original size, etc. Basically, running her around in circles with requesets. She did everything I asked perfectly, without even the slightest hint of irritation, even though she should have been irritated.
The two times I’ve interacted with Kimberly in the office have been extremely positive experiences. She is very helpful and always willing to help. This is a great facility.
Pam is a great manager. My lock was not quite set so she found another lock solution by providing a secondary lock for my door. While it wasn’t her fault the door lock mechanism wasn’t completely functional she offered another storage unit of the same size but that meant moving everything! Instead she offered a secondary lock solution. Thanks Pam for listening. Hope this works.

I was planning on visiting a few locations both with public storage and other storage facilities. However, with this first stop I was certain this was the location I wanted. The facility was very clean, even during a busy time. Amanda is awesome! She helped me through the entire process with ease and addressed any questions or concerns I had while there. Talking to her felt very natural and made me confident in knowing that this was the place I wanted to store and keep my stuff safe!
