Well the service from the property manager was very good, but they are severely understaffed. She is having to run 3 different properties. The one complaint I have is every time I turn around they are constantly increasing the rent rate. I have been a long time customer and they charge like I was living there! No discounts for longevity or anything like that.

The Mccart facility is clean, well lit, and secure but the staff is the main draw. They were understanding and did their best to help in a rough sitiuation.

An excellent experience because of the juju level of care and attention of Bradley. It was refreshing and so wonderful especially after having had a horrible experience at another Public Storage location. He was friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean.
Area of improvement: gate access. The app doesn’t always work, however, I don’t fault Bradley or the property manager because had the same issue at the other location so maybe it’s technology.

I'm giving 5 stars only because of one employee in an otherwise pretty horrific day. I recently moved to 10 acres in Oklahoma from FW and was in town when my truck's axle gave out. Long story short my truck gave out in the middle of the gate and then it started to pour down rain.
Ever since our two month old baby passed every day has felt like this...stuck in a situation borderlining feeling helpless and then a thunderstorm decides to join in. Regardless, Tenisha from public storage really improved the morale in this situation. I won't go into the negatives (that's another review for another day) because I really want to emphasize the power of kindness and compassion for others. Instead of elevating the situation and making it worse she remained professional and helpful. I wish we all chose to go that route because lately I have seen grown adults choosing to offer malice instead of kindness. Tenisha chose kindness and we will forever be grateful for her turning our day around.

I have been using this facility for awhile now. I came by the office on August the 30th and met the newby. Sasha was so helpful, kind and friendly and we need more people like her in this world.
I have been using this storage center for a little over 6 months now, and have no complaints. I have had no problems with my unit or property damage issues. The staff member Daisy has been very helpful to me. She waited for me to load up my unit, even though the store was closing soon. She also aided in finding a solution when I misplaced my storage key. I would deem this location as reliable, and safe
My dad went to move in his stuff in today and ended needing a second unit. Anabel helped him get the second unit and made the process so easy for him great customer service.

Our guy had to go to a store in Akron OH to sign some online paperwork and THAT owner called her and let her know the paperwork was completed. While looking for help with storage needs, I first visited the location at Cockrell Rd but could not find help available when I needed help, which led me to find help at the closest location on McCart Rd. I have to commend the PS staff Dyana who I met earlier at the Cockrell location, she offered to help if I visited the McCart location, which I did. She went over and above to help ensure concerns were resolved, all in good timing to allow for me to go about my day. I highly recommend this location (3500 McCart, Fort Worth TX 76115) for anyone with storage needs.

Dyana is AMAZING. She takes great pride in her job and truly cares about the security of our belongings. She even gave us tips on how to keep our furniture safe and dry. She found us the PERFECT unit and even cleaned it out. She makes sure that facility is SPOTLESS and bug and rodent free. We loved the facility and the security but Dyana is the main reason we rented. She made us feel comfortable keeping our belongings there.
