My unit has more then doubled in price in a year. Other then that no leaks. There are mice. The gate works but is not 24/7. There is a light switch in the unit, but have to provide the bulb. There is no staff; so online only.

Stay away from PS! Though their employees are awesome. They keep raising the rent. For a 10 x 12 its now 247.00. I am officially moving out of this weekend. I believe this is my 3rd rent hike. They worse the economy the higher the rates. For a 100 dollars a month for a 10 x 15, I will be moving to Lake Worth Storage this weekend.
This has been the most frustrating ,unethical ,financially detrimental, borderline illegal, insulting ,and overall terrible experience I’ve ever had with ,not just a storage facility but , any company in my life. The details I will not go into based on the fact that I’ve had to over 30 times with absolutely zero resolve. I will be seeking legal representation and I have no doubt that the result of the complete dismissal of the wrong doing that I’ve dealt with and the damage that has been done to my family via the lack of care in any form will be compensated to it’s maximum potential.

Online, I notice that the extra large storage, 10x35 was a $1 for first month so I completed the storage rental online. I read some of the reviews so felt a little comfortable. However, my first mistake was not going to the location to look around. I saw the price and got excited. We moved from a 3 bedroom with 2 garages. We had a 17ft and 26ft truck and it was very challenging to maneuver through because the roadway/pathway isn’t wide enough to accommodate large trucks. It took 30 mins for the movers to get through with the 26 ft truck because again the turns are so tight. AND the storage had an odor but because I had the movers there, I didn’t have time to change units nor storage location. I only need it for a month so I’m just going to trust that my things are good. I’m not sure why this location has large storage units available to rent when it doesn’t have the capacity to get big trucks through effortlessly.

Great place
This location is not layed out well or friendly for bigger vehicles. The aisles are very narrow, and the corners are entirely too tight to maneuver moving trucks, or trailers around them. There is a garbage dumpster poorly placed by the entrance/exit taking up precious turning space. The ground is steep causing low vehicles to scrape or even bottom out; especially pulling into or out of the street. Would not recommend this location as management is not around to answer questions or help with concerns.
The place was clean and I feel safe that my belongings will be safe there.

My brother acquired a unit to store his things into. He received a message that his unit had been compromised and because he cannot get their him because he is disabled he asked me to take him there. I took off work to take him to the unit so we could see what was stolen if anything. When we got there the outside doors were very difficult to open and I had to go down to another door and walk quite a distance to get to his unit on the inside. When I did get to his unit the lock that we put on it was missing and evidently public storage put their own lock on it we were not able to get into the unit. We contacted public storage and all we could do was leave a message a couple of days later we received the phone call but someone would meet us over there to let us into our unit. On the day and time that we agreed to we were there we waited an additional hour for someone to show up and no one ever did. I would not and will not store any of my personal belongings at public storage. I don't know if we're going to have to get the police involved because we cannot get into our unit and these people here will not meet us there to let us in. The lady we spoke to assured us that someone would need us there so that we could look over our unit we have called back and let her know that no one showed up and we still have not received a return phone call and this was on Thursday and today is Sunday still no response. So I'm just letting everyone know please do not store your things at this storage unit you may not see them again.
DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE. UNITS GET BROKEN INTO AND THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cameras don’t record anywhere besides their office. Easy bait to get robbed. if you value your things please go elsewhere.
3 years ago when they had someone actually on duty. I was basically always reminded to give them a good review. Let me tell you a lot has changed our unit got broken into and no one really could help me with getting this situation figured out. Police took forever to show up. VERY STRESSFUL! Poor service!!!
