We had a little bit of a difficulty finding our unit and getting in the unit customer support 800 number got my account a little confused however the office manager, Allee… She was beyond helpful. She was so sympathetic. She noted in the comments that Customer Care they wrote immaculate notes, but they didn’t update our conversation. We also spoke with Brad, who I would also like a personal phone call return so I can personally let him know just how incredibly helpful accommodating his property manager is if you need to rent a space where you know, your stuff is climate controlled, and safe this will be the place to be because they knew every time we left every time we came you even scan your entrance into gates and automatically opens. There’s no getting out couldn’t get any easier than that well, except if there was a bellhop unloading our stuff for us, that would be my only suggestion.

Tremendous customer service easy accessibility. A huge shout out too Celeste. Her customer service ability is through the roof her ability to multitask is even that much better. Celesta was able to field not only my multiple questions but other people that were in the office area as in the office area as well. This woman needs a raise on how much she can multitask and how much she can do. Someone give this woman a raise please cuz she did a tremendous job for me.
