Today I cancelled my storage at Cubesmart at Clark st location in El Paso TX. Come to find out that they charged me for another month due to my auto pay. When I spoke to the Manager, Stephanie, she assured shr would reach out to the District Manager to see what we could do. ...Great News, I just got a call from Stephanie telling me that charges would be reversed. I was elated to hear that and thank so much for your Awesome customer service.
