I don’t write reviews often, but this was one well worth it. Their employees always took care of me and all our needs. The young gentlemen Roman was phenomenal! I had issues opening my storage upon my return and he gracefully stepped in to help. He would check in on a sunny hot day and offered water. Great customer service and CARE. One day the gate was not opening due to heavy rain, and the manager drove to the store after office hours to ensure we have access on a bad weather day🙏
This location had very reasonable prices and ensured the process was smooth, making sure that securing my gear was the very least of my worries. Thank you guys so much!!

Great customer service. Ed was super helping in showing me around units and offering his expertise of which units would best fit my needs. They offer military discounts and benefits. Your best bet is to get the online discount to reserve your unit and come in the office to finish the rest!

Today I walk- in and was greeted by Ed the general manager here at CubeSmart storage with the most amazing customer service, with me just finishing a grave yard shift carrying a sleepy swollen face😒 ED was really patient and calmly explaining and giving me many storage rooms options… I was amazed with ED with his customer service, really professional!!! considering the status I was carrying after a heavy long grave yard shift…. Jennifer was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The unit that i got was very spacious and clean.
Couldn't use my unit for months as someone ran into a ruined the door, then price increased 2 times, never anybody there to help or even answer the phone e, this is the worst stores facility I have ever dealt with,removed my belongings today and am done. I suggest if you are looking for storage don't use cubesmart pay a little more fir reliability, no gouging and someone to help, this was a horrible site and am glad I'm out will get storage unit elsewhere, DO NOT RECOMMEND CUBE SMART .
