Been a storage tenant here for a year and two months had a concern about my rent increase and Shirley didn’t hesitate to assist me with lowering back down. I wholeheartedly appreciate her kindness any assistance in these economic times are greatly appreciated

The elevator and door is always broken! What’s the use of having codes when clearly anyone can gain access to the property! Then y’all have the nerve to raise the rates but can’t keep things fixed!!! Do better!!! The STAFF at the front are amazing!!! That’s the ONLY good thing about this storage!!! Had to add on to the review!!!! I’m currently looking for another storage unit! This is the 2nd time they’ve went up on the rent! People are barely affording to live!!! I started at $183, then they went up to $201 after a few months, now July 1,2024 they’re going up AGAIN to $258, a few dollars shy of $300! This is just ridiculous!!! And they DONT answer the phones! I have been calling and calling and calling! No answer 😡

Great customer service

This location should not be in business plain and simple. Been at this location for a year, only two elevators in the entire building. This building has 4 stories. I have NEVER seen both elevators working. In fact for weeks at a time zero elevators were working. Imagine hiring movers and them waiting for elevators bc there is only one! If there is a single other group moving, you’ll be waiting 20+ mins for an elevator. I have paid multiple times additional moving hours bc this public storage is run so improperly. This facility should not be able to charge for storage units if it cannot offer the bare minimum, which is functioning elevators. Additionally most of the time there is no one working here so good luck speaking to someone or trying to get a cart which is locked up. The reps here are rude, unhelpful, and literally tell you it’s your fault for renting here. Legit don’t give them your business. I regret it, and now I’m stuck.

I DO NOT recommend public storage, their management is trash!!! The woman never at the office and when you call they never answer, elevators are always broken, carts are never available. What’s the point of having an office when no one is there to help you. Also, someone told me their doors are broken and anybody can go through plus they found homeless people living at this location.

Start up process was easy but the second time I tried to drop off things I was unable to get access to the cart to load and unload because the office is closed during normal working hours. I called the phone number for assistance and they informed me the office worker may be at lunch but had no idea when they would return. I’ve sat here for 35 minutes waiting to use a cart. What’s the point of office hours if you can’t access the office and lunch hours aren’t posted? Very frustrating waste of time for my day.

Both elevators broken & have not been reported to corporate. I do not have access to my unit !!! Just got off the phone with customer service and there have been no reports of broken elevators made from this location. One has been broken for a year and now this week I arrived to 2 broken elevators. They have 2 total so no access to any floor! Is there even a manager on site trying to resolve this issue? I have to move out. Will public storage make me pay a months rent when I have no access to my 3rd floor unit ?

I love public storage. And always use their services and facilities. And will continue to do so. But I’ve been trying to gain access to my unit at this location and can never get access to it. I need to close it and move elsewhere. There’s never anyone in the office. Even during business hours. I was two weeks paying my unit a few mi the ago and they cut my lock and put a their lock on. I caught up immediately and could never get ahold of anyone to get their lock off so I could put my own. The only time I hear from them is when I’m a few days late on my payment. Never seen an attendant in the building nor will anyone ever answer the phone number posted on the front door. I need access immediately.

Store doesn’t close until 6, however it is 5 pm and the store is not open. On multiple occasions, the employees have left the store unattended during store hours. I rushed over here in traffic to catch the store before they closed and now I am having to wait to see if they come back to the store. Update: Waited at this location for over an hour. Property Manger never returned after closing the store early. Another customer was here before me and said she would be back by 5pm. She was not. Another 4 customers have tried to access the office for assistance during the time I was waiting. Horrible service.

So we were renting 2 units (both 10x20) and literally next to each other for a couple of years until in April '23 one of our units was vandalized (2 pics attached). Both locks that it had broken cut off and not sure what was taken. Camera did not catch anything. So fast fwd to Dec '23 the same unit was vandalized AGAIN and again not sure what was taken but both locks were cut as well. So a week later we moved out completely from both units. I DO NOT recommend this PS for any storage space. I hate to leave bad reviews but just letting you know to read reviews before committing to anything.

This place is trash. Would recommend looking elsewhere. Elevators are always broken. Why pay for an indoor facility with elevators if they don’t work? On top of that, there is literal human feces and urine in the stairwells. There is no way to speak directly with management. The office is always closed. The phone number only leaves you the option to leave a voicemail. No one calls back. There are many other better options in the area. Regret having rented here. Look elsewhere. For the public storage brand, I would recommend considering not having your name on this facility. We’ve had public storage in larger metropolitan cities without this experience.

I give this location five stars ONLY because of the customer service. Latoya is always so helpful an informing. There were a lot of policies and nuances that I wasn't aware of and she explained it all to me thoroughly and patiently. The pricing and Policies of Public Storage as a company are horrendous, aggressive, predatory and non user friendly in my personal opinion. It is 2024 there should be better policies that accommodate customers.

The facility itself is fine. The main issue is that transport carts are often not available. They keep them stored in the office (including during business hours) when the attendant is not there. Very frustrating to make a trip out and not have the hand trucks available. Tried calling someone for support (during business hours) but could never get through. Edit: Here again at 2:15 pm on a Monday (Oct. 16) and see two carts in the front office with no one in sight and no note. Edit: Made it in once, then came a second time and the elevator is broken.

I would avoid renting here if you have an option. This company charges you for the full month of storage even if you move out on the first or second of the month. When I was selecting the unit I asked about this and I was told that I would be charged a prorated amount based on my move out date. Instead I was billed for the full month which was over $200. Assuming it was a mistake I called to try to get it corrected and was told that is their policy. I would find a company that doesn’t lie upfront to get your business then overcharge you on the back end for a unit you no longer have access to. 0/10.

After renting one unit on sale, that same day I found another one for better price online. Stephanie patiently took the time to show me the unit and help me decide which was a better deal as the first one included the first month for free. I really appreciate the quality of her costumer service.

The units are very spacious. The people are friendly. Very clean. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that they don't disclose to you by phone or via website that this location only gives access to the internal units between 9a-6p. We made a blank 5-hour trip on our 1st visit. Update: They went up on the fee for storage by $108, & only gave a 3 1/2 week notice. Getting my things out as soon as our bigger house is ready.

Stephanie is extremely professional and kind! She helped me with the process of moving in the unit with no problem. She showed me the unit and gave me other options since the first one I chose was too small. Thank you again for making the process simple and efficient!
