I found everything really simple really easy very easy access very convenient for my location only thing I was uncomfortable at somewhat was the small kiosk room I felt claustrophobic so to speak and it was like weird I had something like that but everything else was pretty cool I mean it was pretty neat it was real you know Ray forward remove forward so yeah I think it's a great place and everything was I made an reservation so my lock was in the in the in the storage room and so it was very convenient everything was very convenient I am very happy with the service so far other than that small key is room which was kind of CrossFit

This facility is very convenient for me. Everything looks nice and well kept and secure.
Yesterday I was going through a hard time I just lost my husband and I put things inside of the storage and the most beautiful two young ladies was working that day, even though they don’t know what I was going through. I appreciate how kind it was and how sweet they was in compassion, and very respectful. I would recommend to go to the storage anytime when these two ladies are working I didn’t get their names but it’s up here by the hotel on 183. The most beautiful souls you’ll ever meet and thank you so much for making my day.

The manager, Tonya, is absolutely fantastic. We moved in during an emergency and were having trouble with the app. Tonya raced over to help us, in person, and saved us a lot of money as the movers were charging by the hour. Again, today, she helped me challenge a rent increase and was successful! The facility is clean and secure and the customer service is top notch! I definitely recommend this place for any storage needs.
