I've been at this location since it was owned by a different company and it's a nice facility. Clean, convenient and the ability to park inside is helpful. A recurring concern appears to be the limited availability of platform carts. Under previous ownership, there were three carts, and finding one was a matter of chance. Now, with the current management having reduced the number to two, the likelihood of finding an available cart seems even lower. Recognizing this, I have decided to purchase my own cart.

I had an incident that needed public storage personnel 's immediate assistance. I arrived to public storage only to find that the crew had finished their shift and was heading home for the day. I explained to the crew how their assistance was very much needed for the dire situation I was in. Despite the crew being more than ready to head home for the evening, my request was met with proper protocol and procedures and I was thoroughly assisted. Shoutout to Michelle (front counter) and her maintenance guy for helping to alleviate my emergency. A split second of their understanding took care of what would have otherwise been costly and an unnecessary experience. Thank you for the extra time spent beyond your shift, to lend a helping hand 💫!

After reviewing the online website, placed a hold on a storage unit. I received email then a phone call from the local site from Steven confirming my reservation. Once on-site met with Les who showed a true since of professionalism, customer service at its finest. This is the first time to rent from a storage unit and they made the whole experience awesome.

Today I went to the 1601 E Interstate 20 location to pay my mother's storage bill and I was greeted by Ms. Nona that made my experience there worth while. Her positive attitude and knowledge about paying at a different facility then the one my my mother rents from made me wanna switch locations. She was very friendly and had an awesome attitude from the time I walked in to the time I left. She rocks!!

I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of extra space. The facilities are well-maintained, the pricing is fair, and Stephen is very nice and helpful.

I’ve stored things a lot of different places, and this is by far one of the nicest you could possibly rent.

Been here several years and other tenants have broken multiple elevators at this point. I’ve witnessed so many terrible tenants now since I go to the unit pretty regularly (atleast once sometimes multiple times a month). People keep leaving their trash in random places. However despite the difficulties Steven really helped us with finding a solution to our problem when we were unable to unload today due to inability to access our unit on the second floor. Still better than several other locations I’ve been to. Just sad to see people be so inconsiderate.
Had a great experience with Stephen. Thank you for your help and also getting me in & out.

Easy to rent, property is clean and secure. The manager, Greg tries his best to stay available to help with any questions that may come up. Prices are definitely manageable.

As advertised. No hassle. I store my stuff here. Its open to the public. Just like it says on the sign. Any questions I have are addressed immediately with precise and comprehensive answers that are delivered in a direct and easy to follow manner. That good lookin girl in the fancy pink chair is top notch professional grade.
If you have an issue with this or any other storage facility for that matter, I'd bet my third testicle your issue is self-inflicted.

Brandi Nail is the reason I have rented unit at this facility almost four times. She is very attentive and goes well beyond the call of duty for the clients. I’m not sure what the training consist of but it’s clear why Public Storage has lasted as a company with personnel like her.

HUGE facility. I was able to set up everything online. Very clean and well maintained for a self storage facility. Picked a temp controlled unit and it's all interior access. Would recommend!!

The employee that helped me was so extremely accommodating &understanding of my situation when he didn't have to be. He took the time out of his lunch break to explain the answers to my questions, which is his job true; but he was genuine -which is not his job. I can honestly say that had I tried to resolve the situation over the phone with corporate, I probably would have lost my storage.
