Clean facility in a nice area and the manager, Josalyn, was helpful and friendly. She showed me a unit right away and then got my rental set up in less than 10 minutes. And there was no paperwork. So easy!

UPDATE: 8/29/2025
What I originally said was ALL water damage in my original review was confirmed to actually be RAT URINE and poop on my furniture along with the leak that occurred. All the yellow stains on the wall, including what's on the floor in the pictures posted was confirmed as rat urine by a certified BIOHAZARD removal cleanup service who offered to come out and review my unit. He was shocked and appalled, Especially considering the fact that my 10 x 5 unit is in the indoor climate controlled space. He could see how the rats tore through the installation and the spray pattern of the rate urine on the sides, front, and inside the garage door. In the picture you can see the wood chewed. It's deplorable, and the pictures do no justice.

I’ve rented a unit here since 2019 — six years of on-time payments, thousands of dollars spent — and this is what I came back to: water damage, rodent droppings, debris, and ruined furniture. The door was stuck, and dried water stains were still visible on the floor and walls, showing my belongings had clearly been exposed to water for a long time.
About two years ago, management called to let me know a few units had water issues and asked customers to come in and open their units. I was on an extended work assignment and couldn’t check my unit, and I never received any follow-up calls or updates — nothing was done to protect my belongings. When I finally returned, staff blamed old employees for the issues and offered no solutions, instead telling me to file an insurance claim and vacate. I’m now forced to hire a biohazard cleanup crew just to safely move my belongings.
I’ve been a loyal customer for six years, paying every month on time, and this is the lack of care I get in return. Management showed zero accountability, no empathy, and no real solutions. If you value your property or your health, do not trust this location.

He showed me the location of my parking spot to make sure it would be the right fit for what I needed. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have one of the RUDEST employees I’ve ever engaged with in my life. I moved out of state and had friends get things out of the unit and apparently things were left. He called me with an attitude and stated my unit was 40% full which was IMPOSSIBLE considering I moved almost everything with me. The very next day he called with a nasty attitude ONCE AGAIN and stated that he emptied my unit and I’m being charged a $100 cleaning fee and can’t even tell me what was in the unit. Only stating “enough for me to be outside in the heat for 40 minutes cleaning.” Mind you I rented the SMALLEST unit available. It doesn’t even take 40 minutes to empty that if anything were left. Not to mention when I asked why he seemed like he had an attitude he said “because I’m frustrated, do you have any other questions” then proceeded to hang up on me. The worst customer service I’ve had IN. MY. LIFE. I’m not one to leave reviews but please do not use this specific location. My entire experience from March until now has been horrendous. He also lies about being the property manager, and my rent raised after about 2-3 months. This property is a JOKE.

On the day where I was moving and needed to pick up my stored items, the hours on the website said that it was open but the office was closed. I found the gate destroyed, and the code box said to contact the manager but there was no manager on site and no one was picking up the phone. I ended up having someone walk around the premise on foot to find another gate and we were able to find a side gate that was open. I’m disappointed Public Storage did not notify its customers of this issue
Decent, it felt older but was clean and neatly kept.
We started off with a rental fee of $198, which lasted approximately 3 months. Then, Public Storage raised the rate to $250. Three months later, we had to pay $350. And now, four months later, they want $460. We have had enough and are moving out.
Do yourself a favour and use a different company.

Trash infested with rats
On Tuesday, I stopped by this Public Storage location to check out units as my family and I are in the process of moving. With the stress of the holiday season right after Thanksgiving and just before Christmas, I was feeling incredibly overwhelmed. However, Jessica made the entire experience so much easier for us!
Before arriving, I called to discuss options, and Jessica was incredibly helpful over the phone. When we got there, she greeted us warmly and made us feel like family. Not only did she provide outstanding customer service to me and my husband, but she also interacted with my kids, playing and talking with them in such a kind and patient way.
Jessica went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect unit that fit both our budget and storage needs. She took her time to answer all our questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
After everything was set up and we started moving things in, my husband and I noticed how hard Jessica worked around the facility. She was cleaning, picking up trash, and wiping down windows — going the extra mile to keep the property in great shape. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated these days.
If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend this location. And if you do, make sure to ask for Jessica. She is truly AMAZING!

I absolutely would recommend this location. Jose and his team were great at explaining how the $1 first (full) month works and we were pleased with the service provided. We were able to have them remove the automatic insurance which we didn’t need since we have a policy that covered it. We were able to secure the rate (which fluctuates like crazy online sometimes) and then set up with them when we planned to come in to secure a unit. You can buy one of their locks or buy one elsewhere and bring it.
We stored a vehicle, which had our personal belongings packed in it, for three months inside one of the outdoor units, while we traveled. Great price. Great service.
Only concern is when they lock up the office to go inside the gates and don’t leave a sign saying that they will be back. Happened both at date of signing (and dropping off vehicle in unit) and when we arrived back in town to pick up and close out unit. Both were within normal business hours. More of an issue when you don’t have a gate code yet to go search and find someone.

BEWARE! The staff is nice and helpful. This property needs more carts. There is hardly ever one available. Plus they will raise the price after only a few months.

Of all the storage facilities in my area, Public Storage is the most well kept and the staff is friendly. But since Public Storage bought out All Storage last year our monthly rent was raised 2 times. We moved out, prices too high and rental prices being raised too often.

We rented a space to park a trailer but we underestimated the width of our trailer. The spot we rented online was really tight and it wasn't fair for the people on either side of me to stay in the narrow spot. Jose came out to show us any open spots and we paid a few dollars more for a wider spot. Jose made the whole rental experience easy and stress free.
