Tabby's customer service is OUTSTANDING!! she was very helpful with my unit today as my lock was stuck, she fixed it in minutes for me. she is very welcoming, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to resolve my issues today.
I came in early this morning, everything was so clean, Tabby welcomed me with a great attitude and smile. I had a couple issues with my unit and she helped get it all figured out with no hesitation! She handled everything so professional. I recommend asking for Tabby with all your questions and needs!

I have been at Public Storage for almost 2 years. John has been the best part of me being there. Everything was great until he left for surgery and Sherri was the new rep. She is very impatient and rude. I have started to look for a new place to store my belongings because I am no longer willing to put up with the harassment from Sherri. She is harping on me every time I go into my unit. There are other places I can go that I will not have to deal with this. I hate to leave because it's a great place... when John is there. Studies show it can cost 5 times more to acquire a new client than to keep an existing one. Sherri apparently does not understanding this concept.

Public storage is a clean facility however when John left, the people are not as friendly and they go up on your rent every six months, which is unfair practice . They give discounts to new customers to lure them in and then they increase rent.

I'm renting a storage unit from here, and so far, it's going great. John S. was very polite and helpful to us. He has great energy, and I'm grateful to be able to have met him. The 10*30 storage space is large enough for the 26-foot uhaul truck. I would use them again.
Update: 8/29/24
I'm now moving out at the end of this month, 8/31/24. My overall experience was great.
Pros:
The staff were friendly, and the hours were very convenient for me to access my unit anytime during the day.
I used the app to enter, exit, and pay my monthly bill.
Cons: (This may be the reason that I may never use them again.)
The increasing prices were ridiculous.
The prices increased 4 times in the 17 months that I was renting the room.
$128.00- 1st month special
$205.90- 2nd month
$213.00- 3rd- 6th month
$267.00- 7th- 7th month
*(I complained because I wasn't aware of this big increase, so they decreased it for the following 3 months)
$213.00- 8th- 10th month
$267.00- 11th-15th month
$312.00- 16th-17th month.
It seems like the longer you rent with them, the higher they charge you.
Other than the ridiculous price increases, I had a great experience with Public Storage).
Another update:
The property manager reached out to me and explained that I could have reached out to them again about the price increases and that they would possibly be able to work with me to decrease the rate. She did say they were able to decrease it back to $267 for 3 months, but unfortunately, it's too late because I no longer need a storage unit.

I have had a terrible experience with this place. So the worse part now I come to check on my storage for the past couple of days, and all of a sudden my key is not working to the lock that is on my storage I just came to my storage Oct, have the same key been using since May, but my storage has a hole in it were. Looks likes someone was tampering with it. Looks like my lock has been changed. So I’m looking to see if anyone else storage has the same tampering issue an they do not so I ask if that lock can be removed they say it takes 3 weeks to get someone to remove the lock off, don’t make sense to me..my storage never been like this.
I gotta give the manager an my john credit we’re it’s due. They came an made sure things was right. John is my guy, he knows how to run business an keep his customers.

I want to personally thank John at Public Storage for assisting me with my transition into Chattanooga from out-of-state. We had a U-Pack trailer delivered to the Cromwell location and John was there every step of the way, making sure the trailer was delivered, had a convenient spot next to our unit, and was diligent on stopping by and making sure we had everything we needed during out unpacking phase.
I would recommend this location to anyone. The units are well taken care of, the lot has easy access with the remote app, and I feel confident that my things will be safe and secure for the duration of our rental.

It’s very clean, good security, a good way to enter and exit. The only downside is that you can’t be in there after 9 pm. Other than that it’s a good storage unit. They also have good promotions. I’m very satisfied with my unit, I have 3 way access where I can bring in and take out things in a very easy way. Also has a good drive way to load or unload your things.
Public storage always takes care of me and makes running my business easier. John is always smiling polite and helpful.

Kim was an absolute sweetheart! She was extremely helpful, informative, and amazing! I was not expecting such kindness and her attitude sealed the deal. I was not entirely sure about renting a storage unit but Kim made the difference for us to seal the deal and rent the unit. Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit!
