Never even had to enter the office. I rented a unit online 4 years ago and got my gate code and unit number immediately. I moved out yesterday and was going to return to the office today to check out.
I got an email that night thanking me for storing with them and sent a move out receipt. I don't even know how they knew I was moving. That's efficient.

We arrived in Oklahoma City a couple days ago with 2 26 foot uhaul trucks stuffed full. Dan the manager did an outstanding job getting our four reserved lockers ready for us including the locks and locations. He explained how the gates work, when our next bills would be due, and cheerfully answered our questions. He made sure we got to the correct lockers. He did a great job and it helped take the stress from our relocation. I give him 5 stars! Job well done.
