I would suggest couple
Of things —1, Timings 9 pm end time whats the point when everything is automated .
2, not enough dolly’s i hardly saw one , how would you expect people to carry stuff to their location when is deeply buried inside .

Unbelievable. It's 2024 and this company doesn't have a working website! Spoke with "Matt" the local property manager, who assured me that after 6 pm, I'd be able to easily pay for a unit and get a gate code online. I attempted to do so, and the website process broke down in two places. After multiple phone calls to their corporate HQ, someone finally confessed that the system forces new tenants to rent the Sale priced units in person, while all their much higher priced units are available online. Classic bait-and-switch!

Matt, the manager in the front office at this N. Hamilton location, is AMAZING. He is knowledgeable, patient, understanding, helpful and hardworking. He can be seen both in the office and throughout the property, assisting customers, maintaining the units and doing routine safety rounds. With his help, I was able to save over $120 PER MONTH by moving my belongings to a slightly smaller (literally, only 5 feet smaller) unit. If you need help or questions answered, Matt is the guy you want to see.

Rent went up every year. There are not enough carts at the facility. I got charged $75 for leaving 4 cardboard boxes at the dumpster when I was moving my things out. Apparently, the dumpster is for management use only; that would be fine if that was made clear, but I was told there are "no dumping" signs at the property and that it's written in my lease. Neither of these things are true. I just drove there and took a photo of the dumpster and there is no signage. It's not worth my time to fight with them. My guess is that they are purposely leaving out these details so they can charge outrageous fees when you unknowingly leave something.

They wanna up the prices and complain if you're over 5 min. After closing. Um no one is ever there not like it's holding you back. Trash is piled and the way peoples things are just thrown is despicable. Can't ever get boxes or have access to the restroom so do that before you go. The staff is rude.
