I had a unit for a short period of time. No issues getting the unit and getting access. There was a bit of a misunderstanding on my part when trying to vacate. But the property manager Nikki was extremely helpful when I explained the situation. She helped me properly vacate and dismissed fees I was getting charged as a result of my misunderstanding. Would definitely go back here if I ever need a unit again.

It is a good location, units are clean. I rent a 5×6 which is more than enough and the price is right.
Overall good, clean facility. I would have given five stars if the cargo elevator was operational and if there were a way for personnel with a wheelchair to access the second floor. However, I will give 5 stars to Harris the site manager! Due to the elevator situation he helped with getting large items down from the second floor; way above his call of duty! Harris, my brother and I greatly appreciated your kindness and willingness to truly help your customers with the circumstances that were presented. Hopefully, this review will help with getting a new cargo/personnel elevator so you can always get the 5 stars you truly deserve. Thanks Again!
